Ok first impression the top banner isn't level the background doesn't match etc... the header with the 'adjective' & 'noun' thing is too much imo it gets lost with your navigation almost. I almost got the impression that 'Flying' & 'Along' were part of the navigation. I think your actual blog would benefit from having maybe a light blue background, i don't know. There is no link back to your home page in your navigation either.
Content - Hmm... someone told me I shouldn't use the word 'content' for that part of my site. Button bases made with images you did not take - big no no, apparantly. Same with your icons. Love the icon masks though. The brush page leads to an error message, unfortunately. Tutorials don't have much to offer, very basic tutorials.
Overall - There is nothing totally wrong with your site just it has nothing unique to offer and the tutorials are a little patronising. You need some tutorials which aren't on every single of resource site, anyone who uses PSP will know how to add a border. Obviously you need to get rid of most of your button bases and icons as they use images which you do not own. Would be nice to see some brushes too.
