First Impression: wow! I love my first glance at your site, it's full of creativity and awesome pixels (since you love pixelling so much, why not join theqbee.net) I really like your color scheme, it mixes very well together and everything just goes with everything.
header: I love the style of your header, it's a mix of pixels and hand written illustrations. But I do think that there are too much gap between the content and the sidebar, maybe spice things up a bit? add more pixel works or illustration perhaps? I'm sure your creative mind will come up with lots of great things.
Navigation bar: This section of your site looks a bit plain for me, it needs something more, not just a white block with words. play around with it a little, turn it into an image like your header, I'm sure that'll spice things up.
Sidebar: that image on the top of your sidebar cracked me up, your site is full of awesome randomness and that is just awesome. But there is something off in the heading of your sidebar that seems a little off. Ah, I found it, why do you have a smaller font size for your "about" block, equal it with the rest of the sidebar.
Container: First off, too much padding at the top of the page, it makes it look awkward. The blue block below your post could be better, the blue is too bright. But your use of icons are very creative and I really like it.
Footer: your footer is just right.
Overall: overall, your design is great, I really like the whole look and feel of it, your design have lots of potential so SPICE IT UP! :D
