Small disclaimer: I'm not really a 'design' person; I struggle to make my own websites look half-decent. That means my review will not really touch upon the more technical details of design that you'd get from a pro. I will poke your coding though :p
First impression generally good upon my amateur eye. Excellent contrast between text and background colours, links clearly distinguished from normal text, and there's a decent amount of padding between each 'section'. I did notice you have a theme credit link in the footer but couldn't tell which theme you were using originally so you've obviously spent some time making it your own. Minor nitpicks: the padding on the left side of the main content area is wider than that on the left; the solid light blue ends quite sharply in the top right corner and could have been made to "melt" in to the top background image more a little better; padding on your wordpress smilies is interupting the flow of some sentences (add .wp-smiley { padding: 0; } to your stylesheet); the footer needs a bit more height to stop the text running in to the content area.
Content-wise, I found a few things I thought could be improved upon.
In About Me > "I usually go by the screen name Greykitty (GK) on most sites" - you're telling people you usually go by Greykitty, therefore the 'on most sites' is redundant (this is already implied); "one of the best things I could have ever bought" - the could is unnecessary; "er practise using those styles" - I believe should be practice.
About Mithmëoi > get this page up! :)
My Beliefs > the first paragraph is unnecessary. I wouldn't have known this page was under construction if you'd not got the long apology there. Ditch the 'sorry', and then just work on improving the page - if that's what you feel necessary - as and when you have the time (but not until after you've added About Mithmëoi ;) )
Commission price list is way too low IMO. I think you're under-quoting your talent.
Your tutorials are amazing. You are clearly a very talented illustrator. I think these picture-based tutorials would be cool split up in to proper pages with text on (would also help you rank in Google for those specific tutorials) and maybe even offer a download as PDF link for people who want to save your guides for future reference? (Assuming you encourage that kind of thing.) I recommend CutePDF writer if you're interested in exploring that possibility - it's totally free.
Your coding is mostly valid; not sure if that's your effort or WordPress'. Your biggest 'problem' at the moment is the in your Storyboards! entry; I recommend <object> instead. After that, it's the flagcounter, which is inside the last <ul> of the site but not nested in a <li> - either remove it from the list or wrap it in <li> </li>
In your stylesheet, there's a few "0px" which need only be "0". (You know I'm clutching at straws when that's all I mention... :P)
Your site is nice. It's cute. It's usable, viewable, readable. It's got some useful content (although think about my PDF idea!) and the code works well. I'm honestly struggling for words, and that's a first ;) I'm giving you a 3 1/2 - taking off a little bit for the few coding errors, for the empty About Mithmëoi and because no site is perfect (except mine :p)!
UPDATED 15 Dec 08:
It occurs to me that every code example I gave in my review has been stripped. Damnit. Must be due to the server move. I'll see if I can fix that up for you.
