First Impression
The first thing I notice is the cat, and while I'm glad you're using your own picture, I don't like the tiny black spots you have added on. The navigation is floating around on the right side, which looks a bit awkward. The text is easy to read, although black on white is a bit boring.
Style/Design
The flowers on the left look pixellated and blurry in parts. It also seems they're missing tiny parts yet other parts haven't been removed that should have been. I'm not quite sure what to think of the green stripe, I'm not too fond of it. It adds a nice touch, but could look nicer if you made it either a plain, clean green stripe or a properly grungy-looking green stripe.
I don't like the tiny black spots on the cat, and while the crown is okay, I think it looks a bit weird where it is now, perhaps move the cat down a bit so you can put the crown on its head?
I also don't like the fonts you used on the header image. They are plain and don't fit well with eachother. The font of the general text is plain too, but I think it's more important to have that readable than to make it look nice, and it is very readable so that's good.
The navigation is floating on the right side, but upon changing my browser window to 1024x768 it moved to the side of the content box. Changing it to 800x600, though I believe that resolution is barely used if at all anymore, shows the navigation goes floating over the content area. This could be changed by creating a container div or positioning it differently with your css. (I'd personally recommend using a container div as I find it easier.)
I do like you're using rounded corners, and I also like the border underneath page titles. I'm also glad that your links stand out from the general text.
Someone else already suggested putting the navigation in a different order, and I agree with that.
Coding/Scripts etc
One of the first things you should do if you want to make your site cross-browser compatible, is making the coding valid. It currently doesn't validate, but these are all things that can be easily fixed.
While it doesn't do any harm, I don't understand why there is this huge amount of space at the bottom of your coding.
Content
Home
I'm thinking this is supposed to be a blog? It only has one post so far, which is well-written. It's from the 3rd of January though, so perhaps you can try blogging a bit more often?
About
Please stop the music from autoplaying. I understand you might want to keep the music as it's a part of you, which fits well on the About page, but at least make it so that it doesn't automatically start playing.
The YouTube link doesn't work. Are the webrings supposed to link anywhere? It seems a bit strange having it as just text there, but they aren't links, so I'd say either add the links or remove the text.
I like that you have information on your site (history), your cat which is featured in your layout and yourself, but it's a bit unclear, perhaps you could divide the text a bit and use headings saying what is about the site and what is about you.
Perhaps you could also add a bit more about you, like where you are from, age/birthday, favourites (music, movies, books, tv shows, colours, etc), beliefs and other such things.
Affiliates
Not much to say about it. Maybe you could change the Join link to say something like Become an Affiliate though. On the Become an Affiliate page, you have only one 88x31px button, perhaps you could add a few more, as well as in different sizes?
Archive
Apparently I was wrong in thinking you only had one blog post. While the other two are from November, it could be useful to include a link to the archive or to previous blog entries on the main page underneath the blog entry?
Credits
The text "These are arranged alphabetically & pop-up in new windows." made me very afraid you were using pop-ups. I'm really glad you don't, and thought perhaps you can change the text to just say open instead of pop-up.
I don't have much to say about Gallery, Reviews, Sign Me and Writings. Except maybe Sign Me could be better called Guestbook or Sign Guestbook or something? You have a good amount of writings, which is nice.
Overall
Validate your coding and clean up your images, or use other images if you have better quality images. Change the fonts on the header image. Change the order of your navigation.
Please stop the music on the About page from autoplaying. Most of your pages could do with a little more content on them, but I guess that'll take time. Overall, it's a nice start :)
I hope I didn't sound too harsh, and that this'll be helpful :)
