Due to the nature of this site I will refrain from judging the coding. Rather I will be looking at the design and seeing if the site is customer friendly and then possibly suggestions things that could be improved, if any.

The first thing I notice are the big Google ads. As a company I understand that it is important to have advertisements on your site but when I see Google ads, I think of a teen to 20-something person's site instead of a professional business. If you insist of using Google's ads I would say it would be better to use the image ads only instead of the text ones. At least then it's not so tell-tale.

Another problem with the Google ads is that they are EVERYWHERE. It's quite overwhelming because I can't tell what is a link on the site and what is an ad at first.

When I see the update box, the first word I see is "Hurray!" I am starting to get the impression that this is not a very professionally run business after all by these small clues. I believe that if you are offering a service and running a business that you should present yourself and your site is as much a professional manner as possible, at every turn.

I think the navigation links are easy to spot and labeled quite well. I immediately knew where to click once I spotted those. I think my initial problem was just that there were so many links and so much text everywhere that I was confused. I highly suggest to de-clutter! It's probably a good idea because then the user will be more interested in your product rather than whatever the nice ads are offering them.

I cannot properly judge what you are offering as your service because I am from the United States and have no need to use a service such as this but I am going to take a guess that it might be quite handy for someone that lives in the supported areas. I will be honest when I say that I have not ever seen a site like this, so kudos for originality.

I do like that the site loads very quickly as a lot of business sites are so bloated that they take ages to load. Not this one, however.

There is only one design element that really bothers me, other than the aforementioned ads, and it's something pretty simple. The area that bothers me a bit is where the "Free calls from Pakistan!" logo is placed. The background color here matches the overall background color and it looks odd. It looks like someone just took a chunk out of your layout. Might i suggest changing the background color of that area to a darker or lighter blue? I think this would improve it greatly.

I'm sorry I can't offer a more constructive review but I do hope that my small insight can help you in some way. :)
