Hey, Nnie! :) As you already know, I'm Allie, and I'll be reviewing your site in FireFox, resolution 1280 by 800.
First Impressions
The page loads, and I see this funky vintage-y layout. (That's a good kind of funkyness. xD)
URL / Site Name
It's unique, and I've never heard of it before. To be honest, I have no clue what "conspiracy" means.
Layout
The header image is really cool. I love the way it seems to be in sections, and I love the vintage-y look of it. You can clearly see the name of your site on it. :) The black wood background really has nothing to do with your header, but it somehow looks good anyway.
Browser Compatibility
I am currently viewing it in Mozilla Fire Fox, but I also have Internet Explorer and Safari. I will be viewing your site in all 3 browsers. Your site looks pretty much the same inn all three browsers except in Safari, where the line height is smaller, but everything else is the same.
Coding / Validation
In your footer, it says you have Valid CSS and XHTML. That saves me a lot of time, but I'll double check anyway. Your CSS is valid, congrats on that! However, you seem to have 5 errors in your XHTML. You forgot the to close the link in the "layout" section of the sidebar, where it says, "» past layouts of uc.net..."

- Brushes: I may be using some of them!
- Icon Textures: I don't really get the point of icon textures, since all they are are basically regular textures that were cropped or resized to 100x100.
- Light Stocks: These are good. I love your light stocks.
- Stocks and Scans: The paint splatters look awesome.
- Textures: Ooh, I love your decorated set.
- Desktop Wallpapers: Your desktop wallpapers are amazing! I love the city of wonders one the most.
- Icons: Your icons are pretty good. They're all good quality.
~ Tutorials:
- Adobe photoshop: I don't use Adobe Photoshop, but they look pretty helpful. I love how you add the screenshots.
- Paint Shop Pro: I use it, and I'll have to test out the glossy box later. :)
~ Site: You have a nice site history.
~ Portfolio: I love the way when you click something, everything else disappears.
- Layouts: Wow, your layouts are gorgeous!
- Icons: Your icons are cute, but celebrity images are all copyrighted.
- Poems: Wow, you're an amazing writer!
- Blends: Your blends are stunning as well, but again, celebrity pictures are all copyrighted!
- T-shirts / Notebooks / Other: Hahaha, I love the first two graphics. :)

Organization / Creativity / Errors
Your site is very organized, and I see a lot of creativity in your site. There were no broken links or images.
Overall Comment
Your site is great! However, on some pages, there is only one thing on that page. I'd like to see you add more on those pages. :]
