The Layout
I think the layout is cute. I personally hate that font you used repeatedly on your layout (Cheri, perhaps?) but it looks OK. The green is a tad too bright in your headers. I don't see why your text is outlined in that blue/purple color. It doesn't match very well with the green and orange color scheme.
Tip
Next time you make a layout, make sure your colors match and go well together.
