First impression
When I first enter your site I am really flashed by those animated buttons on your navigation section; why on earth are they placed there? They totally distract me and almost make me want to click the little red x.
Layout and colors
First off all, there are too many colors. And some of them are hard to read on the white background; for example the green one. I also thing that your header image has way too many colors on it, you should stick to a few; not more than 3. Also, why is your layout right aligned? That is hard on the visitors eye. Naturally our eye concentrates on what is right in front of us; in the center of the screen. Try to think about that, when you change your layout the next time. And one more thing: The blue on your headers is clashing like crazy with the grey background, it makes the reading difficult! And something I just noticed, your main part (where your blog is) runs into your sidebar. You should add some padding to avoid that!

What really shocked me while I was reading your about me part was this sentence: I love to text, so ask for my number! (: I'm fourteen years young,... aren't you afraid that some old disgusting guy could ask you for your number? I would never ever say something like that on the internet. You never know who the person is that asks you; just think about that!
On your portfolio you underlined one word and the underlined color is grey; well the background of your blockquote is grey too. That's a very bad choice over there.
Hmm.. I am really not to sure about your content. You seem and try to put some time and effort into it, but it really isn't that good. Also your portfolio, it's to show off your best work. But what I saw there had nothing to do with your best work. Pictures of you in the bathroom posing, really don't belong there. Just re-think the idea of a portfolio.
Overall
I really think you need to put a lot more time and effort into your site. Also practice more on your graphic skills and layout making skills.
