Layout/Design: Not much here to really review on. You have a nice patterned background going on and a blog area which isn't centered and would look much better if it was. The navigation isn't very appealing and a little hard to read. I suggest spacing the words out and getting rid of the white space next to blog and contact.
I'm not sure if you have a header image or not, if you do, its not showing up for me. If not, it would be more eye catching to see one. Design is key to pulling visitors to stay and explore your site, of course aside to content.
Also, PLEASE get rid of the music player. For one thing, I wasn't able to really see the little controls at the top and having it auto-start is rather annoying. I had my speakers on high and so when it started I instantly closed the window to make it stop. You do not want visitors to do this, or else they will never come back. Not many people use players anymore, unless it's a flash site, but even then the music is just instrumental and set at a normal volume
Content/Pages: Some of the links under 'Site' do not belong there. Usually a 'site' page consists of information regarding the website and contact info for the visitor. I feel the hosting and review portions can become their own pages within the top navigation.
Subdomain Hosting - Why are you using an i-frame within this page? I strongly feel it's unnecessary.
Rules/Guidelines - The headers here are far too large for this little column. Shrink them down in size.
The "chat box" is a live chat script, right? Usually those are used for company websites to offer quick support or answer questions about the product the company is selling, not to have IM chats over your server. That's what AIM and MSN is for. I'd get rid of it and stick to normal means of contact, a form, email, guestbook, or simple comment.
Overall: One thing I don't understand where are the tutorials and visitor resources? Other then the hosting and reviews, there's not much this site offers. That isn't such a bad thing, but I'd advise you to set your priorities about your site. It seems like you made a site just to make it. As if you have no goal or actual point to the site. That's what I get from first entering it, this is a major no-no. You want your visitor's first impressions to be a good one, so that later they will come back and even tell a friend about your site.
