style/design:
Your layout is to the left and I like centered layouts better- they look neater. Your color scheme is a little boring to me. Your navigation bar doesn't line up correctly with your header. Your side bar has a banner for your site- What is the point of that ? If you want people to link you, you should provide the code. There is no point on having a hover description for the links on navigation menu. Your banners edge is pixelish and the person is floating above the frame !
Overall, your layout seems simple and unprofessional which makes me think this whole babysitting thing is not legit.
"Find a Job"
You should probably include an age limit unless you want 13 year olds applying- is that your goal ?
"Background Checks"
This seems iffy. Parents and sitters pay to get a background check on who there going to watch/have watch their kids ?
This should be free for all clients sitters and parents and the Sex offender info is available to everyone ! You can go to any towns police station and get a list of sex-offenders.
Their is an add at the bottom- is the business so slow you need money to fund the website ?
Honestly I would NEVER use online for a babysitter.
