The first thing notice about your site is that the banner is pretty plain. No special fonts, no cool effects besides the pinkification...I can't really read the links unless I hover over them.
Your site doesn't have much content except for two blog posts. The two you have right now are pretty funny, but I don't really understand why you put up that video because it doesn't really have a point.
I think you could probably have some sort of background image because the plain grey is pretty boring.
I think your contact page she include your email or some other way to contact you than just a small typing area and a send button. Maybe you could make the typing area bigger to show you want more than just a quick shout out.
There are no particularly ugly parts of your layout, and I like that you used a png to keep the image quality high. Overall, I think your site should have more to offer to visitors and a more exciting layout.
