Layout
Just wondering - Why did you put 2 y's in the site name? It looks so unprofessional and like you're 11 years old D:
First off, the texture used just kills me. And the Jonas Brothers? Bleh. The background being white makes it so plain too. I don't like it to be honest, and I feel like I've seen something very similar before.
Coding
The coding is very plain. It needs more color. All I see is really pink. The texture used on the layout has so many colors, you should go crazy with it ! To me, CSS is so important to a site because you need it to be organized, easy to read, and if its ugly - chances are people won't come back.
Content
First off - You have really no content. The 'Get Rated' section serves no purpose. If nobody is asking to be rated, theres no point in having it. It should just be taken off.
The blends you have a quite nice, but many of them need borders, and some of them aren't even blends.
link That isn't even a blend. And to be honest, your site would look so much better if this was the layout: link.
I don't see a point in having both regular "blends" and then having "Miniblends". Aren't they all just blends?
Your icons are nice, but don't add text to them :/ It ruins them if people are looking to use them for Message boards or something. Just add effects and don't add text.
Owner/Site Sections
The first paragraphs are so squished together that I wasn't really into reading it. The what she does/doesn't like are good.
The site section, also squished together makes me not want to read it. The past layouts are nice, although there is only one.
Your sidebar is also nice.
All in all, your site could use more content (maybe resources?) and a new layout with really intense css. Best of luck with Fake Tragedy-y ! (:
