Your Design
Too much mess going on in your header. Because of the amount of swirls/junk the header seems to get lost. And because the navigation is so close together, it looks like one big, long word.
Seems you chose to use poor-quality Disney images ripped from some children's book or DVD cover. (FYI: If artwork was meant for a book or DVD cover, that's where it should stay!)
You could've hired a cartoon illustrator (like me) to produce some nicer-quality images for free or a low fee. ;) (Much lower than what you'd have to pay if Disney sued you.) There are also artists who provide ready-made clip-art or stock photos as long as you make sure they're ok with it.
It also looks as though you've chosen to design your layout for your own screen resolution. I have a wide-screen display, and everything goes all over the place.
The right-alignment of your text makes it difficult to read. Some languages strictly use right-aligned text, and English isn't one of them.
Please also use spaces between paragraphs/lines.
Your Coding
It's awful.
If you're really interested in web-design, I suggest you look at some tutorials at Tutorialtastic.
Graphics
How can you let something like this represent your caliber as a web/graphic designer? It looks like you collected a whole bunch of icons from random sources (using copyrighted images from other random sources) and re-sized it a bit without caring that it looks pixellated.
Also, you need to learn how to make proper thumbnails. You need to make a physically smaller copy in your imaging software. Shrinking the image in HTML does not make it smaller and load faster.
Request
Your form doesn't fit inside the layout and your barely-readable text/logo at the bottom overlaps it.
Summary
Study, learn, practice HTML and creating good quality designs. I found it difficult to navigate and read your website, so you might want to consider how other people think when they look at it (good idea submitting it here!) Please take into consideration what I and others have said.
Some artists are happy to provide good quality stock photos/artwork if you ask for it. But using things like Harry Potter or Disney images without permission is not on.
