   Layout
   It looks ok, I'm not real big on boxy layouts, but it's neat and the graphics look nice. The font is really small to me though I think you should up it a couple points and same even with your navigation bar. It's just too small on my screen which is at 1280 x 1024 resolution. The columns are a bit busy but they are organized so I don't really have a problem with them. I think it's because your content column is almost the same size as both of your two side columns that it makes it look a bit cramped and busy. Maybe make that center column wider, it would make your content easier to read as well.

   I would suggest taking a look at your coding in the W3C validator and run your css through the W3C checker. I come up with almost 50 errors on the first and just a few from your CSS.

   Looking at it I see you have a lot of things that could be condensed in your CSS code. For example:
   background-color : #19cee1;
background-image : url(../images/header_bg.jpg);
background-repeat : repeat-x;

   Rather than all of this you could use simply this:
   
background: #19cee1 url('image.jpg') repeat-x;


   Like the padding:
   padding-left : 2%;
padding-right : 2%;
padding-top : 40px;

   You could condense it to:
   margin: 40px 2px 0px 2px;

   This site has a good tutorial on condensing css. :)

   Just browsing through your pages you have a ton of info about her, I'm not gonna look at all of them though. I already learned one thing just from looking at the sections in the about page, that she has Chron's disease.
   You have lots of photos of her, a nice section for fans of her music. I really can't say much else, you have everything a good fan site should have.

   The only thing I don't see why you linked to site sections that are not up yet, I would just suggest excluding those entirely until you do. Otherwise it just is unnecessary clicking around.
   
   Overall
   This is one of the better fan sites I have seen lately. You have obviously put a lot of effort and time into this site and it shows. Most of my suggestions were about the layout, which really looks pretty nice overall. Good work on your site and keep up the nice work.

   Layout and overall design
   To sum up your layout I'd say "Way way wayyy too much of that aqua bright blue color that blinds my eyes". Yes work some MORE colors then black, grey, white and blindingly bright blue into your color scheme. Your text is SMOSHED together WAYY to much (for reference your font should be 12px and no line spacing: -233535px or line-height: 49054890)
   Now some pictures of a scantily clad woman have appeared not that great of impression. I'm sure there are some more flattering and tasteful pictures of this Anastasia.
   In a layout your SITE NAME should be the focal point of it and big and noticeable but I can bearly see it make sure of that next time. Your navigation blends in so well with the header it gets un noticed as well. If you want people to click your navigation make it more noticeable different colors and more contrast and bigger(: All the little pixel text by your title and above needs to get bigger or get a dark color so I can ACTUALLY READ IT!!
   You're using CUTENEWS?! When you use cutenews you are at risk for being HACKED very EASILY! (See this article Cutenews is all the way at th e bottom)
   Try Fanupdate or Wordpress
   Your content and sidebars are quite skinny. I would have your content atleast around 450-500 px wide and sidebars about 200px each.

   Pages- Your site has a ton of information! Vocal range is informative and interesting.

   Grammar- On your Anastasia page "The disease Anastasia has had since she was 13 years old"
   fact page it should be "biographies"

   Aww, I love the colours and the amount of it lol!

   I didn't realise the pictures were scantily clad, I just thought it was a hot photoshoot, I guess we think different hehe.

   I've often noticed about the site name being the focal point but I always disagree with people as the title is in the title bar of the browser and somewhere on the layout anyway, well mostly, so I never worry too much about it being noticeable.

   Thanks for the cutenews info, I knew it before but didn't think it was that big a deal, changing to wordpress (everyone uses it, i don't see any or many sites with fanupdate) scares me, as i don't know anything but i'll consider it, thanks for the tip.

   Thanks for the review, i'll take colour tips and wordpress into consideration for the next design! :)

   The Layout:
   I like the colors, they are nicely done. Since you didn't make the layout yourself, I am not going to stress it too much. However, I do kind of find it distracting. While the top banner is nice, nothing about the center text part really "catches" my interest - it doesn't set itself aside very well from the top bars. This has the effect that as a user I'm not sure where to focus first. I'd also advise getting blue smiles to match with the layout for your posting system. You can PM me if you need help with that. Also good job on keeping the spam somewhat low on the chatbox.

   Updates:
   I noticed that you have an explanation point tick (in your last update, for example, only one sentance ends with a . ; everything else uses an "!"). It makes me feel as if I'm being yelled at, a little. And it takes from the ability of the explanation point to signal something important / exciting since just about everything ends with an explanation point. Anyhow, you do have good english & grammar, and you update regularly, which is great. Good job on keeping your comments clean as well. I find it strange on a fansite that you say her performance was boring (in one of your blog posts). Maybe go into detail why you didn't like it; it would make a more interesting read.

   Content:
   You have a good load of content, in good english & grammar. A tiny thing I noticed: under "facts", you missused the ' in "
   Reading biography's ", for a plural you should not use an ' . Other than that, I found no major mistakes, and you have a good lot of infomration, so great job on that. I have to agree with Amy, the coming soon sign is annoying -.-

   All together: Its a good, detailed site, though as a none - Anastacia fan, there is nothing there for me, which, of course, isn't suprising. However, if you want to expand your site to reach even more visitors, you might want to try adding "goodies" in form of graphics featuing Anastacia.

   I tested blue smilies but then i just thought it went overboard in blue so I kept the yellow ones, luckily yellow matches with blue hehe.

   updates: I actually didn't notice until you pointed it out, so thanks, I did seem as though I was shouting, oops.. *Embarassed.*

   Facts: Where did I misuse a ' ? I'd love to fix errors, even small ones :)

   Thanks for your review, I thought about non-fan content and decided on a blog! Which will be good when I actually get it up and running :)

   Layout: Like I said, I really love the colo scheme. Grey and blue are two of my favorite colors. I would make the content box a little wider, though, so that it's more prominently featured than the sidebars.

   Blog and Updates: Updated often and fairly good grammar. You might want to not post more than once a day though. Try to fit all of your updates for the day into one entry, it might make the site look a little cleaner.

   Anastacia Section: Lots of great content, good job!

   Music Section: It always drives me nuts when I get so excited to go to a page I come across, only to get there and find a "coming soon" message. Why not remove that link until you have the page up? I've always wondered that.

   Fanzone: I would install a guestbook script and integrate it into your website's layout so that your site is more uniform.

   Website and Online: Great sections, no suggestions!

   Overall: I think you have a great site going. I'm not an Anastacia fan, but if I were, I definitely would use your page to find all of the information I wanted!

   Originally the content box was wider but the layout was previously larger than 800px in width so the content and sidebars had to be resized :(

   Music: Haha yeah I thought about that, i should finish those sections soon, the site feels unfinished without them.

   Fanzone: Oh how I hate the free guestbook I used but couldn't be bothered searching for a better one, but thanks, I probably will now that you mentioned it!
