    - -My First impression:- -
    The layouts really stands out. A bit of white space - but it's okay. I see the banner is neatly position and made.

    - -Site name and URL - -
    So-Lovely is a really lovely site name. It's short and very, very quick to remember ! 'Love' is used in lots of site names, but your site name is pretty unique. In my opinion, I don't like the little dash in between the 'So-Lovely.info' , because when you type it, you have to put your pinky on the dash button which well, sometimes get really annoying.

    - -Navigation - -
    Neatly organized. It is divided into sections so that's pretty good! You could put more effects on the navigation, like when you rollover it sparkles or something. But overall on the navigation, really neat and nice.

    - -Layouts and Colors - -
    The layout is a little too plain. I really like it, but I think you should add a bit more colors in it. The headers are really pretty. It is easy to read. I think you should put a little more color in to it like, maybe the first letter of each header can be a different color. A color that matches your layout maybe.

    - -Validation - -
    Wow! Amazing. You have no errors on your CSS, except that you have 14 warnings. That is pretty wow! You can see it right over here: click here. Lets check your HTML now. Looks like you have 38 errors and 60 warnings. You should really try to fix them.

    - - Content - -
    Not much content. Try adding more stuff and more pages. Also, try not to use celebrity pictures in your graphics. They are illegal if you didn't know that. You could get caught and you'll have to pay.

    - - Hosting - -
    When I click on the hosting link on your content page, it goes to GOOGLE. Really try to fix it.

    - - Advertising - -
    I see you have a button rotation. It's pretty organized! The apply advertising form is neatly organized.

    - - Overview - -
    Your site is really neat and organized! You should try to get more content and not use celebrity images, since it's illegal. I think you should add more stuff about your site like how you started, and more link buttons. The layout also needs more color instead of just pink and green. Headers are very neat and organized. I know I said your site is very organized a lot of times, but your site is just organized and neat. The color scheme is very nice. Overall, neat and organized. Good luck on the future!

I think you should do some cool illusion graphics, that would put some cool sparkle. Anyways, it looks really cool, I like it. It has that gleam to it that gives me goose bumps. I like the colors, and the news posts are cool. I am surprised at how the colors just go with the website, I don't know, but it's soooooo cool.     In my opinion you really need to have more white space.. White space is the space between graphics, columns and so on. The fact that you haven't thought it into your layout makes your site look a bit busy, cluttered and difficult to read.. Especially your sidebar..     The layout's colour scheme is fantastic, and the logo at the top ties in the theme well. A great first impression!

    Just a few minor improvements could be made here and there though.
    - Adding a right margin to your content div to extend the space between the blog area and the sidebar.
    - Increasing the padding of the sidebar.
    - Enlarging the text.
    - For some reason the contents of your sidebar are hanging out of the div, so you may want to fix that :P

    You could also add much more to read. Since this is a personal site, you can add anything about you which may sustain the visitor's interest, like articles explaining your opinions. But there isn't enough information about you at all; for example the ABC's on your about page don't really tell me anything about your personality. You have add more content to ensure the visitor won't click out of your site too early, because there are so many external links everywhere; your sidebar offers over ten opportunities to leave. All the advertisements and the donation button gives me the impression that your site is a money-making scheme or something!

    Your SOTM competition is interesting, but it seems like a way to gain you more hits. In order to enter, site owners have to blog about your site and place a conspicuous button to your site on their sidebar, and one winner gets just a month's free advertising. It looks like you're benefiting more from the competition than they are :P Maybe introduce better prizes or prizes for runner-ups too?

    Overall, you've got a great site which has a lot of potential. I recommend making a few adjustments, such as reducing the clutter of the sidebar -- perhaps you could move it to a separate page -- and adding more content for the visitor to read.

    Sidebar: Sweet that you put the family websites on your website, not really like the color gray with the light pink.. I should change that in to white or pink and center it. It's nice to know for the people that want to advertise at your website how much visitors you get.
    The advertisement, you ask money for that. I would only pay for that if you had over 200 visitors of more. But I see they can also advertise for free, 2 weeks.
    And the affiliates, looks nice. But also the gray I should change that. But where can you apply for affiliates? You should make a page with rules for that so people can apply.

    Content: Good information about yourself, always nice to know. Site of the month looks also great, love the vote buttons you made for it. I wanted to join with my website but I see it already started haha so I voted for the one I like the most.
    The link page looks so organized, great job. And the apply form looks nice to, and again love the light pink. The host page looks also verrt organized, great job. I can learn something from that :D Good information about your website, and it's nice to know with programm you use for making layouts.

    I hope you have something about this information, Still love your website after this hhaha. Keep the work going!

    My very first impression was, "Wow simple and cute!" But the ads, the marquee, and the glitter signature are very distracting and take away from what could be a very nice site. If I hadn't gone to your about page first, I wouldn't have known where to look if your contact form didn't work. In other words, providing a back-up way for people to contact your is a good thing! :D

    There's definitely a lot for you to work on and improve. As everyone else has said you have quite a bit of coding errors. If you use FireFox as your browser I strongly suggest you use the Html Validator Add-On For Firefox as it tells you what errors are in your coding and how to fix them.     I have fixed the one warning in my CSS. Thanks for the help. I will try and fix the rest of my 25 errors and 22 warnings when I can. Thanks.

    Hey there Ivy, I am Jules and I will be reviewing yours site today. I will try and point out some of the main errors and try and give some advice on how to fix them. I usually try and visit every link in your site and review it.

    - First impression : I notice a nice banner in the top left of the page which looks nice where it's positioned. I see alot of white space, but it isn't too bad.

    - Navigation : It extends past the sidebar's width which makes it look out of place. Try making this more attractive by giving the roll over code a background colour and maybe put the Navigation under the header image. Or you could get rid of some links to make space.

    - Layout : It is very nice and simple, but it could do with some more colour. I notice that the beginning of you sidebar is off, try measuring the amount of pixels wide it is and make an image of it again. I have also noticed that there is a big gap between the bottom of the sidebar too, it turns white and then pink again. You need to fix up the background colours here too. With the order of your sidebar, I would suggest moving the donate button somewhere else. Near the bottom of your sidebar, there is an "Admins Only" section. You should be able to remember your Fanupdate login page, it is not that hard to remember is it? This also increases the chance of being hacked. Near the end of your blogs you have this sparkly signature which wastes some space and is not important. Add some padding to your sidebar, it needs some breathing space too.

    - Validation : Well done, your CSS is valid but your HTML is not as you have 25 errors and 22 warnings. You can see for yourself here. I recommend fixing these errors up using this tutorial.

    - Ivy : Ok, you tell us a small bit about yourself then you tell us your "Abc's". I suggest expanding your autobiography by adding random stuff about you and some of your "Abc's" because listing things makes you look lazy. We want to know more interesting sentences about you. Wait, on your sidebar it says "Detailed information here" and it links to this page. It is not very detailed yet.

    - Site : Not much here. You have told us the facts and figures, but where is your site history? Site history's tell us about your previous experiences with web designing. With your credits section, you need to credit your host too for providing web space.

    - Hosting : Reading your rules, these rules caught my eye:

    - Your site must be up within a week
    - After you're hosted, you have to link me and all the hostees within the So-Lovely family on your sidebar
    - Must know PHP, HTML, etc. because I do not have the time to teach

    Firstly, you have to set your site up in 1 week? Really it takes longer then one week to set up your site. It may have taken you a few days, but a good quality site takes a while to set up. Change the rule to say 2 or 3 weeks?
    Next, it is acceptable to ask for your hostees to link you back, however linking all of your hostees back? That is just a waste of space as they aren't hosting them, you are.
    Finally, you should specify the amount of knowledge they must have to apply for hosting and what in PHP they have to know. Do they have to know how to make a random list in PHP or do they have to know PHP includes? In HTML do they have to know how to change the colour of links or do they have to know how to code a basic web page?

    - Under "What you will get." when you say enough space does that mean that someone with 1000GB+ can be hosted?

    - Under "Additional information, there is a spelling error.

    - I am picky, but at the same time I would host you if you qualify

    You have to brush up on the hosting section of your site.

    - SOTM :
    I really hate these SOTM things. It's unfair as a site which is better then another site, gets hardly any visitors but they need the hits, where as a poorly designed site could be popular because of the person and get the votes but they don't need the hits. I would put the entrants above your form to avoid confusion of where to vote. Plus some people use SOTM's to gain themselves hits.

    - Links : I have noticed that you do not have any rules for affiliation or link exchange. You should have rules to prevent too many affiliation requests.

    - Contact : You use the same form for all your needs. I suggest making different forms so that more specific things like affiliations, advertising, contact, SOTM, etc. can be sent easier without the hassle of copying and pasting a bunch of text.

    - Advertising : Wait you are asking people to pay for advertising from you? Judging from your extreme tracker, your average hits are around 60-70 unique hits per day. Really you shouldn't charge money for advertising as you don't get around or more then 200 unique hits per day, which means that you won't send people much traffic and it is just a waste of money. With your advertising in the sidebar, it can get distracting as the buttons are just flying across the small section. You need a random button rotator which displays one at a time, a tutorial for it can be found here.

    - Overall : A few improvements need to be made here and there. You still need to learn more about web designing and what to do and what not to do. Once you have fixed up some mistakes and validated your coding you will have gained quite some experience in web design. Your off too a great start and good luck with your site in the future! :)
