The layout looks like it's from Freewebs, but I don't think it is...unless you host your site with Freewebs. Err anyways, your HTML is invalid so you should fix those things. It shouldn't be that hard to fix right now but you could use a little help. The layout doesn't look very professional for a hosting website.
Anyways, hope you like what I said (I know you won't like it very much though)...but I hope it helped!

Looks like you need to do some research with Freewebs before you give a review (: Freewebs is actually very professional. But that's alright if you're the kind of person who likes massive designs. The coding (it's xHTML btw) is invalid because of the twitter application so I decided to ignore it :D Thanks; but didn't help. && You weren't harsh at all :]

I think that it's a little to bloggy.. The main page, like roxy says, should be for your offers and stuff, the blog page should be on a different page. This is easy to achieve if you have wordpress, which you d =) The banner has sparkles and stuff-- I don't think it's very suitable for a hosting website. The theme coding if fine, the colour scheme is good. =) I clicked on your comments and I like the comments template is good. The about page is good, and it's nice to have faq. I'm also happy that you provide sub-domain hosting, this is good for some people =)

on 8th Apr 2009 and said:Layout/Design: I've never been a huge fan of the "blog layout" turned to "hosting layout". I know you're not doing a full out hosting company, but you could add more to the main page to describe what you offer to the hostee.
The design itself is very aesthetically pleasing and I love the colors you've chosen, but it just seems more like a blog to me then anything else. You could possibly add a features list on the main or even a welcome message with latest upgrades or what not. Not so much an update (that's what the blog section is for) Hopefully I'm making sense here.
If I were a potential hostee, I would want to see more on the main page, to actually get me interested, then me having to click around. People are lazy like that. ;)
Content/Pages: I think you should have the FAQ section on its own page, rather then with the about page. It just makes more sense that way.
Since you want and need people to agree to your T&C, why not add it to the order page? When they click the order page, the first thing they see will be the T&C and possibly you can add two radio buttons for yes or no, before the proceed to the form. That way you know for sure they read them. Just a suggestion of course.
For you all of your hosting packages, I think it would benefit to have a list of these "unlimited" features. What exactly are they? It just entices people to want to get that package! Show them everything you offer!
I don't get the "shared" hosting package, this might be because I worked for a Hosting company before (HostDime & Surpass Hosting) and know that the current hosting you offer for all packages is "shared" since it's all on one server, correct? I know it doesn't matter that much to some people, but possibly naming it something other then shared would make more sense, since you charge and add a domain to the package. Personal preference though.
Overall: It still needs a lot of work, for now its simple and to the point. I think you should really add more to what you actually can offer for your hostees, to make them feel comfortable to host with you and know they can trust you with their websites! Good luck!
