The layout's cute, but I can't see your site's name. Oh nevermind, I see it; but it;s very small though. You should make it bigger. You only have one error but it's still invalid coding and I think you can fix it easily. The colors are nice and everything so nothing's wrong about that.
Sorry this is soo short! But I hope you liked the review (i know, it's soo short!) so I'll give you a 4.

There is not much distractions that give me a headache! haha the only thing I would suggest is the navigation. I'm not too keen on the rollover. I don't really like how they are rectangles. maybe reverse the order? have the large blocks and then when you rollover, show the text under. content wise i'd say its pretty good! better than what i have! xD haha i like the wordpress tutorials and i will make sure i come back! nice job :)

Now for the site, the top banner is just funny to me for some reason, I like the colors and the flee in fear .net in the black, the font is nice but the black I can’t really see, put the site name on the image somewhere where people can actually see it. There aren’t any borders which sometimes look very nice, but the background is so simple and doesn’t match the site design it really looks like an incomplete layout and site overall. Alright, so there are three links on the site kind of strange but they are pretty nice. I like the welcome note, it’s short and cute. Cheesy it did but that’s alright, why does it says STATS hits on there? Not cheesy, but confusing. Next the hostees, aww you don’t have any hostees? Hmm. Well maybe I could apply. Cool. So I applied xD that was strange, there’s a comment form under the application form. Hmm, do you have that on each page? Back to the main page: I really like how you listed your affiliates like that, names and site names with links. People don’t do that these days which really sucks. Again, under that apply link, you have a comment form. I do not think you need that dear. Wow, so the sites brand new, huh? That’s awesome, you have tons of time of explore the positive and negative sides to the site, have fun building it and watching it grow, at first it seems like you will never be seen, and then, you make friends, and enemies xD. The disclaimer note is a bit long; you don’t have to add extra words you know. Just all content is © to Me. Images are not mine unless stated otherwise. Link Back if you are using any content from Here. It is simple and says the same thing, just with fewer words and back and forth sentences.
Moving on, the title is kind of funky and funny. Can Can can you do the can can lol. Oh that’s a very neat trick you the curve gah, I forgot what it’s called. The date, comments, filed under, all look great! The navigation side doesn’t look like it’s spilling out of the page because of the black border; they seem to connect to the background. But on the content side, it does look like your text is falling out of the page. Create more cushion room, it is all nice and spaced out but when the side looks like its falling off, it’s normally a sign of a bad site. Which in this case, I highly doubt. Man, those smieys are crazy! They look nice because they match and fit your design, but normally, they are hideous because they’re so commonly used. Hehe. You’re really sick to want to know about toilet paper. Now when I hover over the top three links, I see the words disappear and the same color appear. If you could change the font color when it hovers to black, that would be awesome, don’t you think so?! Alright, the good bags really nice and organized, I like the structure too.
GOODIE BAG:
GRAPHICS: I’d say you have a great start on that part, a nice growing collection, and the qualities really good so don’t rush when making these! Cute icons.RESOURCES: not many but Johnny Depp wins so keep working on those actions. Very nice textures, the middle one is amazing!
TUTORIALS: lol these are so commonly found you should do tutorials on how you make graphics or layouts in your own style, those tuts can be found anywhere on google, it’s just like you were coping off someone when you really weren’t. so it’s best to just do your own tuts than try to have the same ones over and over again.
ONLINE: alright, this isn’t that bad of a page but there is so much room here its crazy! The site should have some history, seeing you have 2 past layouts, or one, sorry, but still, you should have a little about when the site was opened, how you got into the web designing, where is the site heading if you know or something about the site, what if offers or what it might start to offer. It’s a pretty fair site, say something about it! I’d say it has come a long way since the TV site, I THOUGHT THIS SITE LOOKED FAMILIAR! xD you know I was expecting more on the ONLINE, because it’s like the ABOUT or SITE links you know. You talk about yourself here, WebMistress, site history, some old images, your affiliates, terms and rules on this site, a tag board or guestbook, stuff that gets people interested and know this isn’t just some pushover site. I have no clue about the person that made this site. who are they?!
REFRESH: takes me back… so overall, this site has improved in graphics, but in content, it’s pretty much the same. You could work on the ONLINE page and try out new techniques on how to approach that section. Visit other sites and have fun, rant about yourself on the Web Mistress page, that’ll help visitors know more about you. If they have something in common with you or if they just like you and the site, they’ll apply for exchanges and so on and you have a new friend or a visitor that will bother you for ever and ever! Also, join contests around the web, I bet your affiliates have contests, at least one of them, join, see what happens, or make your own contests, they are a lot of fun, really! I have an Easter contest up right now, I just finished winning AnimeShares SOTM contest, and I’m in two other contests, a layout one and an avatar contests that’s voting right now xD see, there’s tons of stuff going on around the web, you just have to find it, and stay in the web designers community because its dangerous out there. contests, reviews, joining clubs, making affils, all helps popularity and also makes your site known which helps if you need inspiration and friends.
