   First Impression:
   
   Flowers! =D very nice layout, although maybe not the best theme for your name? Strawberry Stars doesn’t really scream out a flowery field, but never the less it is a very nice layout. I like the way in which the different links are of different fonts. It makes it quite unique. Still, I find that the size and the boldness of these links are actually more than the name of your website, especially as the link of “website” seems goes over the “y” of strawberry.

   I really like the faded writing on the top left. A sort of motto? Good Idea.

   Links:
   The “Friends” bit on the left confuses me a bit. Although its quite cool that they are in alphabetical order, very organised indeed so thumbs up, I wonder why there are two “apply?”. It seems to be a bit confusing. Maybe it would be better to have only one and on a different line to the names?

   All links seem to be working fine and are in places where its easy to navigate and find your way back to whatever page you wish.

   Layout:
   As a whole, good. Simple and nonconfusing. Seems to be quite easy to navigate. The fact it isnt too long, and not much scrowling down is necessary is also good. Once again, the location of the links helps a lot =D.

   Downloads and available blog layouts etc:
   Pink. Nothing against pink, but maybe too much of it? Think about opening up your horizons. Try something different to maybe attract other types of people. It will give your site more dynamic impressions and will make it a whole lot more appealing.

   Buttons:
   Very cute. Although the first one really does not seem to go with the rest. For me it looks as if its one done in a rush with little finishing off.
   

   Conclusion:

   All in all, it’s a good site. Nothing drags on, and all seems to be in an easy place to access. Although maybe the layout may not match too much with your site name it is still very easy on the eyes and the light green tone makes it easy to look at, especially as the letters are dark enough for not much straining to occur. If anything, I think that the most prominent thing is the fact that your four main links overpower the name of your site.

   Still, well done!

   Basic info about myself: Hi Cham, my name is Jenny! I am using Google Chrome on Windows Vista. I can't quite remember my resolution but it is quite a large one.

   Aesthetic Effect and Layout
   The instant effect, was "Oh, Wow! I'm almost jealous!". Your layout is beautiful and simple but not oversimple; I would say you have a very understated taste. The dark purple is soft on the eyes and everything is very neutral. However, in the header image you have the words 'though log', at first I though that was the site name. Just a bit confusing. I like the little bumpy 'waves' (obviously I have not a clue what to call them, spiky undulations?) below the header and on top of the footer. The only thing I don't like is the smaller size of the content area versus the combined width of the two columns to the right (the about you column and friend column). The sizing just makes things a bit unbalanced looking. Your CSS in your content pages matches the layout well although maybe you should have two types of headers (a H1 and a H2)? I suggest this because for example on the 'Visitor' page you have the heading 'Goodies' and then straight under it another heading 'Downloadables' (which is apparently not a word). This just looks slightly awkward to me; you could just right or center align the new header text for a bit of easy variation.

   Coding
   I can almost hear you saying, "Yes, I know I have HTML and CSS errors!" Actually, I don't know that you have errors because I'll leave that up to people who want to repeat said things. I understand that you understand about valid coding. Done.

   Quality (and Quantity) of Visitor Content
   I understand that this is mainly a blog site, so a minimal amount of such content is understandable.

   Plurk? Never heard of it so no comment.

   Two very pinky Wordpress themes. These are much in demand, more will always be welcome. They are both OK, nothing too special although your Hello Kitty one looks a bit stretches in the preview.

   Am I beginning to see a pattern? All pink again, don't worry I like pink although you may want to appeal to a male audience as well as female one. Aha! I see an apology for all the pink! The blogger themes are bit worse than the Wordpress ones but they better than others I see offered on the internet. I don't think I would ever consider using them.

   The blank buttons are OK, some of them are a bit uglier than others. To be honest, with small graphics like these, they aren't very worth having unless you have a fair collection of them. This is also goes with icons and with pixels (but only slightly).

   You only have one background, and I always say having one graphic on one page means that its been put there offhandedly and denotes that more will probably not be added soon. However, your one background is very pretty. Can I ask, was that drawn by you, or another source?

   Your first tutorial on Text Selection was extremely short. Perhaps, you can tell us about what that particular code would be used for because at the moment it just seems like a little coding novelty. Maybe, you could display more of such novelties. Your other tutorial is something I never knew, and I started out making graphics, relying only on MS Paint.

   Interactive. They are lovely, not much to say.

   I didn't have time to read all our Reads but I did read the first one on blogging. It was very basic and I could have told my visitors that, and I don't even blog! Add some things, that people might not have been able to guess by themselves.

   User Friendly, Easy to Navigate?

   Your site is rather small so it there is no difficulty navigating it. For a blog site, you could probably use more interesting language on your site. A good blog and blogger is usually defined by how interesting he/she writes. Your writings all over your site is just average and that of a younger blogger, which you are but if you could mask your age and keep people from guessing your age just by reading, that would be amazing! No offense intended but your website and self introduction bored me a bit. However, things such as the Random Facts and Fanlistings you've joined give a better insight into you. Credits section was very short and sweet although small things such as image hosting are missing. I like all the forms placed everywhere for user convenience.

   Overall

   Good job overall! Wait a minute? Did you download your theme? I have a hunch you didn't make it; it doesn't matter its a good theme. Well chosen. You also blog consistently, mostly two periods between posts which is pretty short gap for blogging. Although sometimes your blogs are just mundane rants which to a visitor, no one really cares about. Like above, let's liven things up and make them more interesting. For a personal blog, you don't have much on your personal life.

   You got three stars mainly because of the quality of your blogs and writing which I expected to be much better on the account of a blog site. This will all get better in due course though, so don't worry. Thank you for reading. Haven't quite topped 1000 words but 910 is pretty close.

   First of all, your layout is gorgeous. I absolutely love the purple. The image is really pretty, too, with the flowers and such. The layout is very professional looking, and although I'm not a big fan of having two sidebars, it does work here. I like that you have a good amount of spacing between different things in your layout, so it isn't all jumbled together. One thing about your layout is bugging me, and that's the friends list. The CSS used just doesn't match up with everything and there isn't enough spacing in the table. I think it would look better if you switched it up, making that background color be on hover instead. And add some space between each column and row. Maybe even center the table. The button under "link me" needs to be centered, too, because the other categories beneath it have centered content. Your footer is nice, but I'm unsure of why you have the XHTML link there when your coding isn't even valid. If it were me, I wouldn't want to display the fact that I had 48 errors. Oh, and I just saw the design credit link, meaning you didn't make the layout. Too bad, I really like it.

   --Website--
   I like the way this page is set up. It's very organized and you've explained everything well. The little survey is probably nice to have. I bet you get some good feedback on your website. Your credit and contact pages look fine.

   --Owner--
   This page is set up well, too. I like that you've given a lot of information about yourself, but not so much that I could stalk you (LOL). I like your random facts! I'm thinking you could add your "accounts" to the contact page, since they are ways of contacting you. I just think it'd be easier to find that way.

   --Visitor--
   I don't know about Plurk, but your Plurk theme is cute. I suggest having the preview open in a new window.
   Your WordPress themes don't have previews, except the thumbnails shown there. I suggest making bigger previews, but your themes look really cute.
   Your Blogger themes are cute, but I'm noticing that all of the themes you make for these sites are pink. I suggest adding different colored themes to reach out to a bigger audience.

   The blank buttons are okay, but I don't really see the point of them.

   I like your scribbles! They are really cute, but I'm unsure of what they'd be used for.

   I love the wallpaper you offer. I suggest making more of those. I'd use that one if it came in my size :(

   Your tutorials are well-written and easy to follow.

   The "Guess that thing" contest is difficult! I can't figure it out. I bet you get the craziest responses, haha. Anyway, it's set up well and I'm glad to see there's a form.

   In your first article, I noticed that the first bit needs a little grammatical fixing up. I would word it as so: "I decided to make an article about the dos and don'ts of blogging because I often see new bloggers who don't know the real meaning of blogging." The rest of the article is well-written, for the most part. There are a few more grammatical/spelling errors but I'm not going to list each one. Just remember that "did'nt" is actually spelled "didn't".
   The interesting facts article is, well, interesting :)
   The last article is fine, too.

   Overall, I did enjoy browsing your website and reviewing it. There are a few things you need to work on but you've done a nice job so far. I suggest making your own layouts because I've seen that you can make cute themes. Good luck!

   First impression:
   The layout is a tad bit busy. Thers just alittle to much for me.
   I do for one like your blend, but I feel that you could have added less to your layout.
   And since you added so much to your banner I feel that you could have just sticked
   with a plain color for your background.
   But the fact you choose a background that matches I think it is good enough. :]
   It does however show that you put alot of time and effort into your grpahic and
   that you probably have a high quality site.
   One little note, The news is a tad bit hard to read due to the background. Maybe
   make it less transparent and have alittle bit of a white background behind the text
   so it is easier to read?

   I do also like how orginized your side bar is. :] So good job~

   Vistor section:
   Downloadables- Plurk Themes
   One thing when I go to resource sites like yours is that I tend to not know what things
   are, like these 'Plurk Themes'
   Maybe a small and quick description as to what they are either on the page or under
   the link?
   Anyways on the page, the text is so small.
   At first I was scrolling down the page just to find where the 'Plurk themes' were
   until i saw this small text at the top that said 'Silent Melody'
   Maybe increase the size a bit? Or like I said before, add a white background to it??

   Otherwise its decent, I still can't tell what it is supposed to be xD So I don't know if
   that is just me or what. But it looks like it is some time of website???
   Also for the previews, I wold prefer just little screenies on the acual page.
   Maybe it is just me being Lazy but I tend to just leave the page when I see I have to
   click 'Preview' for each type of thing.

   Wordpress themes-
   I am guessing this is another website?
   But anyways these are cute.
   I feel you could add more to them to make them alittle less plain though.

   Blogger themes-
   I see you have a little white box at the top... something that bothers me is that you
   only made it for the text up there and instead of putting the previews in the box too.
   I would have prefered that you put everything in the box. It would look alot better
   if you either had everything in it or nothing in it.
   Also if you have one page with a white box, why not every page?

   ETC-
   Favicons-
   Woah, the favicon is so small!
   I can barely see it, this is one thing I would REALLY put a white background around.
   I can't even tell what it is.

   Blank buttons-
   If it is underconstruction, why have the page? That is something that bothers me
   about sites.
   If you don't have them provided get rid of the link. You can always add it later one you
   have the blank buttons up.

   Tutorials-
   The first tutorial, looks quite confusing to me. Yes, I could figure it out because
   I am used to HTML. But what about the people that aren't? Maybe you should
   provide more clear example?

   Interact-
   This is nice, I just don't see why you would need a 'Birthday List' on your site...
   It doesnt' really make since to me why that is important???

   Overall-

   That is all I am going to review~
   I think you have a nice site that does need SOME improvement.
   It is nice how it is right now, but as you start adding to it, I feel you need to change
   a few things.

   First Impressions:
   The layout looks very nice but is a bit big. Also, after the image, you put your text, etc. there and the text is black so it's kinda hard to read. Aside from that, it looks great with all the affects!

   Site Layout:
   Like I said before, it's very nice. When I check your HTML validation though, it has 39 errors! When I check your CSS validation, there is 1 warning. CSS is very easy to validate but it says that it can't find the file "http://www.strawberry-stars.info/".

   Name:
   Strawberry Stars is a cute name and is easy to remember, but with your domain strawberry-stars.info, I'd think there'd be a hypen between Strawberry and Stars. Anyways, it's pretty good.

   About section:
   Your description of how you started Strawberry Stars is very short, so you should add more. Maybe you could add something about how you chose the name "Strawberry Swirls"?

   Webmiss section:
   I like this section way better. It has so much more information and details about you! Your description however, is sorta short. You should add more about what you like, dislike, etc. Oh yeah, how can you be inactive in Twitter?! XD

   Goodies section:
   Uh, what is Plurk? Is it a social networking site (like MySpace?)? Your Wordpress themes are cute :). Your Blogger themes are very nice as well...I'm beginning to see a pattern. That's a lot of pink! Anyways, everything else looks nice but your tutorials are so VERY short! As for your text selection color tutorial, how about you show people how to make a style sheet? For the Simple Spoiler tutorial, you should tell people (especially me 'cause I'm confused about what it is!) what it is. For the "For your website" thing, I didn't think that your Favicons section was a tutorial. it's still very short. I'm not going to go on and on about this section 'cause I'm afriad it'll be too long XD.

   Credits section:
   This section is short and sweet, which is okay with me!

   Overview:
   This website is really cute! :D I'm gonna give you 4 stars!

XD It's because of the fact that the people using blogger are all requesting pink themes! Lol, and it's also my favorite color. Hmm, OMG! I forgot to put as to what/where to apply the simple spoiler, soo ahm, its a plugin in wordpress (i'll just put there on my blog what's simple spoiler for) wherein you can hide some content in your blog, I was planning to put more tutorials about wordpress plugins like akismet (for spam protection) custom smileys (for smileys) and many more!! GAHHH! My response is getting longer.So yeah I'll end it here~ Thanks again for the review :)
