It was not until I looked at the very bottom that I saw I had been correct. Why are there only images in the navigation headers?
Content: Pretty much your site is very short. I just know the basics about you. Obviously, this would be your blog, but I would recommend more content about yourself. Even on your page about yourself, you give very little. I see that you do have a flicker page, but why not mix up your page with a picture or two.

1. You have to specify the type of script used. For example, if you are using a javascript code, the tag attribute for script has to include the type or name.
2. Do not capitalize your tags. They MUST be lowercase.
3. With images you need to always name your image within the image source code (alt)
4. Image source tags must contain a forward slash before the ending anchor to close the image source tag. It is one of the few tags in HTML that require closing itself within its own tag and without being paired.
5. You also seem to have some XML parse errors. You should look into that.Design: The layout is not bad, but could use some work. It is a clean design to the eye. The hearts in the sidebar navigation are a bit out of place. I would have expected a larger one or something in the top of the site to tie the hearts together.
In the part before your footer, your third (the one to the right) division layer overhangsthat gray area by almost 25 pixels. You need to take a look at all 3 of your division layers and adjust the width and possibly margin in your css.
Summary: Your site does have some things that could be done to it, to both the content and design. First you should consider adding a section about your domain. That way in the future, if you change your layout, you can always put past layouts. Also, this would be the place you can tell people how you came up with your domain name, who you host is with, and when it was purchased.
In your section about you, you could possibly add sections to it like when you decide to add more buttons for fanlistings you have joined. If there is anything particular that you are proud of, or if you have a unique talent, you should share that, whether a page with pics of it or a page writing about it.
As for design, there are a few placement and size issues that I have mentioned. The layout would be able to be viewed in more than one browser, but you will have to make the particular css so it will be viewed in multiple browsers.
I am not against using templates as a base and it is great that you gave credit, but remember to make it more your own. I knew I had seen the layout before when I first saw the site.

First impression:
If I wasn't doing this review and if I was just coming to the site to find some content,
I would have just leaved.
Your layout shows that this is probably going to be a boring or dull site.
Which I dought it is.
You added barely any color.
your side bar could have a background around it and it would look alot better if it
was moved down more.
The bottom of your site is just terrible.
First. I feel you could have just made it all centered and each bellow each other.
Or each on the side of each other. Like one on the left, one in the middle and one
on the right instead of one on the left one at the bottom and one at the right.
It isn't orginized at all, and I feel you could have done alot better.
Next, your 'Recent comments' is floating off to the right side way to much.
You need to move it over to the left more.
Also your exit thing just looks really bad. You should either remove it or clean it up
more. I feel that with your site, the site name for a link would look ALOT better or
use alot cleaner or less distracting buttons.
Lastly the 'Find me' I feel could either be on the side bar or in the middle of the Exits
and Recent comments.
Maybe on your next layout make it colorful and have everything ALOT more orginized?
Maybe visit a few other sites and see how they set up there site so you get a idea
of how you should orginize your links and stuff in your next layout?Girl-
This is okay, maybe put parts where it says 'Likes' 'Dislikes'
Something I expected to see was your history with computers or history with
owning a site, which I don't seem to find.
Also something I expected to see was a link to your SITES history, which is no where
to be found either. So maybe those are two things to add?Other-
Something I must mention that is bothering me is the blue border around your pictures
on the side.

Also something that bothered me is your text on your site.
Maybe change it up? I realized you have the SAME text all through your site including
your layout! Boring :/
Lastly at the bottom I see that this is a edited layout? Am I correct?
Maybe in the future plan on making your own layout? Something you can put
your ideas to the test on, and make it COLORFUL :]
Make it something that people will say "I love there website layout!" And will keep them
coming to your site!LASTLY I don't know if I just can't find it or if you really don't have any. Something
major I always feel sites should have are link back buttons.
They make it possible for people to link back and advertise your site which I feel is
very important! And if you can't make a link back button, there are lots of sites out
there that have free button services that will make you a set. :]Overall-
Right now, your site needs ALOT of improvement. Which I think is just the layout
that needs it all. So once you get a new layout that is acually eye catching your site
will be alot better.

Hi! Thanks for your review, I found it interesting.
I agree that if someone was coming to look for content, they would have left. I took all my content down for now in order to focus on a layout first then worry about adding back the content I had before.
Also I know black and gray are kind of dull but I'm still going to be changing the layout around in the future. I was actually looking to implement a less busy layout than what I used to have(which by the way I did code myself). I don't think using templates for layouts is terrible because usually layouts don't look exactly like the templates, or at least not in my way of doing things. I just like to have something like a guideline that keeps me in check of what I want my website to somewhat end up looking like.
I do know html so I know about the border thing but I actually wanted the border around my flicker pictures :)And I just saw my website on IE and I guess I'll be leaving a notice to visitors that they should probably view it in Mozilla Firefox instead of IE. If you try to see in Mozilla, you'll notice that some of the stuff you mentioned doesn't happen. I apologize for the inconvenience.
