    Site Name: The site name isn't very interesting.

    Layout: The layout is very basic, and it's extremely plain.Almost too plain, but it's not there quite yet, you're still in the green! :)
    I like the header colors, but the gray background color is boring, and it really takes away from the rest of the layout, why not black? Or a darker gray even? Because when people view it, they my go to a different site because of the dull color.
    The layout is very functional, and I find it easy to navigate, and I am able to find exactly what I am looking for.

    Portfolio: This section is great, and it shows that you have a lot of talent, but it seems out of place, I mean isn't your site more of a blog site?

    Reviews: I really like this sections, your reviews are really informative, and constructive.

    About: This section is good, and people can really get a sense of what you're like which is good.

    Home: You're a really great writer, and I love your blogs, and all of the other articles! I also like the fact that they are lengthy without being overwhelming, or repetitive. Keep up the good work! :)

    In Conclusion:
    I really like this site and everything it had to offer, the only thing is the layout. I don't really like it. But I did bookmark your site, because I love your content, and it's definitely a site that I will check daily!

    *Also I really like the font you used for the headers. Is it American Typewriter or something like that?

    The navigation is also very well done. But perhaps, you would like to bullet the links in "About" and "Writings".

    You have many good, well written, and interesting articles. Your icons are also very nicely done.

    It' a nice them but again it's not yours, I thinkI've seen you make your own themes, but i don't know why you suddenly have a premade.

    The only content you have is some writings.
    You have some very good articles. 3 benefits of twitter is really useless, I've seen it posted on so many blogs before. I love your parents article, I haven't seen it around, and I agree with you. About your virgins article it's good, but I don't support sex before marriage anyway. Your website tips article is very common, and useless most people know these stuff. And I think sex life should be personal just like you said.

    Portfolio
    Pretty basic, VERY ordinary.

    Hmm you don't have alot of content, since your site is mainly a personal site. You have some great wrtings, add some more, your portfolio is pretty ordinary add something no one else has.

    I intended to give you 3 and a half but it's not your own theme. Sorry if this review was short, but you don't have a lot of content to review.

    But having said that i read your blog and i really like your style, you are a good storyteller, great at setting a scene and leading the reader through your narrative. You have an open, honest and frank speaking voice and it comes across as very genuine.

    I think you are right to shy away from having too much fussiness, colour and moving graphics on your front page as i think it would really detract from your message. (and i don't think i would have really started reading your blog if there had been loads of stuff to distract me).

    I like your facts about you, but i wouold maybe put them in a side margin, so that the reader can immediately access your blog, as i think facts like that are interesting, but are not really an attention grabbing feature and if you lead the viewer straight to your blog i think you will win lots of fans.

    First Impression: I actually really like your layout. I read some other reviews and I think their a little harsh. The colors you used look very good together, and I think the grey background was a nice touch, instead of just regular white.

    Content:
    Blog: I can tell the main focus of your website is the blog (at least is seems that way). I read a couple of your entries and I like the way you write. I found myself smiling and giggling at some of your entries, especially the "To Much Information" one. I also found next to zero spelling mistakes, which is very refreshing!
    About: Your "About" pages are also really well done. I especially like the Owner section, you did a really good job describing yourself. Most websites I go to don't really seem to put that much effort into describing the person behind them, I think you did a very good job of that.
    Reviews: I'm writing this as I go though all the pages on your website and at this point I can tell you really love to write. I breezed through one of your reviews and I see you put a lot of work into it. It was detailed and very informative. If you open up request for reviews again tell me! I'd love to hear what you think of my website =)
    Writings: Your "Writings" section also seems to have been much thought over. Again, I breezed through your articles and they all seem very well written with no spelling mistakes. I will have to link your "3 Benefits of Twitter" article next time someone ask me if they should sign up. You poems and also really pretty ^_^
    Portfolio: I'll admit, compared to the other parts of your website, the Portfolio section seems like an afterthought. I think that your current, text based, layout is much better then any of your blends. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, I'm just giving a far assessment of your skills. I'm not very good with these types of graphics either, but you should definitely find some tutorials and try to improve on this section of your website. Unlike most other people I don't put up much of a fuss over celebrity images, so just try to improve a little bit and we'll be good =).

    Overall: I really enjoyed my visit to your website, I'll definitely drop by again to read your blog or see if there's anything new that you've written. I think that if you stick to text based layouts the graphics really won't be a problem, since they're not the main focus of your website anyway

    I'd give your website: 3 and 1/2 stars

    Those blends are all old; I haven't worked on any new ones lately so I can't add anything new there.

    I will review your site here; when I find the time. Because it will take a long time until I accept review applications again.

    See, the site, at first glance, appears to have a lot of interesting content, but upon further inspection we see that it's just a lot of links and colors, besides a few skin-deep articles. The, uh, font is not the best font for web design. Try something more professional, like DistrictThin, Verdana, Helvetica, or anything besides that one.

    The site IS very organized, but it doesn't appear very organized. I'd try fixing that with a layout that actually appears to be a layout instead of looking like a bunch of floating words.

    Firstly, your design is rather... plain. Which is odd, since I've seen your other designs and they usually had quite a bit going on (even if they used celeb images, which I am not fond of). This is very basic, and blogcentric, which is NICE, but not entirely INTERESTING.

    Even something as easy as adding a different background could help this design along, and make it pop. I'm also not a fan of the text hearts. Perhaps you could play in an image editing program and come up with your own heart logo. The text ones aren't very smooth.

    I think that the navigation seems a tad cramped, as well. Spreading it out so that it stretches about the lenth of the title box could help balance it.

    I'm not a fan of Advertising sections, but what can I do? I would suggest centering the content in this section, so it looks nice and neat.

    Poll of the Moment would best to be removed until you /actually/ have a poll. It looks sloppy and unnecessary here.

    Under Besties, I would make a space between the » and the name. You have space to use! Nobody likes cramped content.

    There really isn't anything else to say about the design because it really is very PLAIN. Not simple, but plain.

    I like your About the Owner page. It would be nice to see it broken up using bigger headings, though. So that it is easier to see where one section ends and the other begins. Otherwise, there's plenty of information, and I do enjoy how most of it is all on one page, so I don't have to click to 5 or more pages.

    Your site page continues this way, I love to see lots of info. I don't love to see the "Comments are Closed" message. I assume most people don't need to leave comments on the pages of others, anyway. It would be nice if you removed this line from your template.

    Okay, so, you offer Reviews. I think that the *closed* next to the Submit link (that doesn't go anywhere) doesn't look very nice. I would change this to just a bolded option that says "Submissions are now closed" with no link to anything. You have quite the queue going. I would not have a link that says "visit?" but rather just LINK THE TITLE OF THE SITE. "Visit?" doesn't look very nice, seems redundant, and linking the title of the site is better for SEO. This page should also have the same menu that's at the top of the first Reviews page, so that we don't need to keep clicking back and forth.

    Ditto on the Completed reviews page. Either get rid of "Review" or "Read?" Just include one, and link the review to it.

    I've scanned through your reviews and while you aren't a terrible reviewer, I didn't find any of them to be particularly informative, and some seemed to rely on outdated advice. For example, on your review of Total Rapture, it's not completely true that a layout should be visable on an 800x600. It's kind of archaic. Since the majority of people use resolutions that are 1000px in width or wider, it doesn't make sense to have a design that is TINY on the majority of screens.

    Onto the Writings section, your articles are... okay. All of the topics I've read similar articles before, you don't really bring a new idea to many of them. There are a few spelling and grammar errors in each, probably due to English not being your first language. I would try and set up a proofreader, i.e. a friend who is proficient in English and can help edit your articles before you publish them.

    It amuses me how you have an article on site validation, yet yours does not validate.

    Then, you have a portfolio. I'm not sure what the intended purpose of this portfolio is, but I'm not sure your work is to the calibre that one would want to hire you for a paid project. It all seems like standard teenybopper stuff. I would definitely work on creating some original graphics to display!

    Thus concludes my review. To summarize, I think that your site is okay. I couldn't find anything that would really make me a regular visitor, but there isn't a tonne of errors. It just seems like you have a bit more to learn!

    yeah you reviewed my old site before! And thanks for taking the time and reviewing my site and actually giving me some good advices!

    I will make sure to read through this once more when I have a little bit more time and work on the things you suggested and mentioned.

    Just one thing; I don't wan to work for everyone or something like that. My portfolio is just there to show what I've done before and that's it.

    And I really have still a lot things to learn, because I am still kind of new to all this. I started with my first sub-domain in October 2008, so I bet I still need a lot of time to learn. And I will learn more; that's for sure!

    Overall; You have some work to do. Most of your problem is small editing. And the fact that your layout theme isn't yours is a problem. So try doing your own layouts. Not words for a header. :) Also, you don't have much content at all, and to have a blog site is fine, but your site is.. sort of empty.

    It's not basic; it's simple. And I like my layout simple.

    I just re-opened my site, so there is no chance for the advertising section to be full. If you read the blog, you'd know about that.

    I don't really think the owner sections is a "turn off" and I wouldn't say it's "long".. in my eyes it's still pretty short.

    I don't use them, because ALL/MOST browser provide those "back" and "forth" buttons, so there is no need to have them.

    I stopped accepting because my queue is a little bit too long and I want to work it off before I accept new applications.

    Those are all made by me yes; but I don'T want to have them as ressources, because it's illegal to provide/redistribute them. They ar just there to show off what I CAN do.
