    well, i'd like to say that your layout isn't quite bad and you should probably change the header though. i just noticed that it's a fly and it kind of creeped me out x) lol. but it's probably just me. sorryyy about that ;P

    your site is quite average its not bad and it's not great but it's in between. the quality of your stuff is pretty good though. i can't complain about that. just most of your stuff doesn't seem like it's made in photoshop or paint shop pro. correct me if im wrong.

    in overall, your site is a little above average (: keep it up !

    i think you need a few more though like how to make a website layout,

    i don't really like your banners i think the text doesn't match the editing but the editing is pretty good on them so just work on your text :-)

    your blends;
    have alot of credit on but they are quite good overall :}

    icons:
    i like your icons, they're not very original in my opniion but they're what people actually want to use so good going for that.

    overall.. i like your site but i think you put waaay to much credit on things and you need to brush up on your text skills as i don't really think they match the things you edit

    I don't exactly know what you mean by "bulky". Maybe you could've explained that a bit more? And where is my text too big? Is it too big on the actual page, or on the banner?

    I don't use cutenews, so I have no idea how to make a tutorial on it. xP I also don't know how to code. I use other people's premade coding, and then edit the CSS and the images. (Coding is just not my thing)

    I also don't get what you mean about my text not matching my banners...? And I put credit on, so that others won't steal. :)

    Layout:
    Your layout is very pretty; at first, I had a hard time figuring out what the thing in the header image is, but I now know that it's a bee- how cute! :3 I love the colours in the header image, and they match your CSS; that's always a good thing. xD I'm not too keen on the background, though- it just looks a little out of place with the header image, and it's a little too busy. Maybe a background of just one shade would look better.

    Visitor:
    The first place I headed to in this section was the "Banners" page. I laughed quite a lot when I read,"Some nice banners that have your favorite people on them"- haha, James Blunt? Green Day? Emma Watson? Not my cup of tea, I'm afraid. :P I'm not a huge fan of graphics made out of celebrity images but as banners go, these look pretty well made. I wouldn't really know though, I have no idea what makes a good banner and what doesn't.

    Next stop: "Blank Buttons". I'm not too keen on these, I'm afraid; they're a little dull. The whole point of having buttons is to entice people to click your link, and I personally wouldn't click any of these. Maybe add some bright, cheerful, colourful ones? :)

    I then opened up the "Blends" page, saw Lily Allen and hastily hit my "back" button. Nothing personal, she just terrifies me.

    "Icons": Some of these are actually really cute- I love the "Hip Chick" one, and the apple one looks like something I'd actually use. ^_^ I also had a quick look at your "Icon Bases"; I like the teddy one! I'm a sucker for anything cute.

    The last thing I looked at in this section were the "PNGs"; what exactly are these? Are they cutouts of celebrities? I don't know...but like I said, I'm not a huge fan of celebrity images anyway.

    Swifly moving on...

    Tutorials:
    One of these is entitled "Customating Your Color", I think you mean "customising" (or of course, "customizing" if you're American). I'm not going to read these, since they seem kinda basic and the photoshop ones don't apply to me since I'm too stingy to buy it. The only program I use is good old MS Paint. ^_^

    WWW:
    I enjoyed reading your "About Francine" page; it was very well written. In the sentence,"Francine likes to swim and cheerlead but otherwise, she's a couch potatoe", change "potatoe" to "potato". :P You're very pretty and your dog is adorable! :3 I also enjoyed reading the "About Color Me Silly", which was also well written.

    Maybe add a few more link buttons to give your visitor more of an incentive to link you? But the ones you do have look nice. ^_^

    Well...that's all I have time for at the moment. I'm sorry I couldn't cover everything, but I enjoyed reviewing your site!

    Aw, come on, give my blends a chance. xD Just because you don't like one person doesn't mean you can't review them, right? D:

    PNGs are cutouts of usually people that others use on their layouts and such, so they can have a texture in the background.

    MS Paint? Really? No offense, but couldn't you at least use Paint.Net? xP I won't judge you on that.

    Thank you! I would love to be a writer when I get older, so I have a "way with words" as my mother would say. ^^
