Amour Chaleur is a portfolio of my artwork and designs, thoughts and opinions about certain issues and also my blog to mark down the bits and pieces of my life.

Tested to work correctly in the latest versions of Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Internet Explorer 8 and resolutions of 1024x768 and above.

New header design launched on 24 October, 2009.

    First Impression
    I had a very bright and good impression the moment i stepped into your site because the colours were bright but they were not too bright for my eyes.

    Validation
    Based on validator.w3.org,you have passed and have totally no errors in your coding.For more information,visit here.

    Layout
    Your layout is very pretty excluding the many boxes at the footer.If you are putting tags then reduce the number of the tags and place the twitter and the flickr photos in that box because having too many boxes will give you a lesser chance of getting a higher rating.

    I won't be talking about your 'home' page as it's all about your daily life so i won't say anything.
    Spirit - Your arrangements of things are cool.And your library section is decorated very nicely.To be honest,i think you shouldn't write about your education because it's kind of giving too much of your own personality or description(um,is my sentence correct?).Don't reveal too much of your personal identity.Other than that,it's fine.
    Essence - I agree with Sarai on this :
    it is quite romantic, "Love Warmth" since it is a personal site it quite suits it
    It is definitely romantic and makes us kind of feel some warmth inside our hearts when we visit the site(did you feel that?)Well i didn't have enough time to visit all the pages and one of the pages that i visited was about your past layouts.When seeing all your past layouts' screenshots,i realized that all of your layouts were very creative and were using bright colours.Great job.
    Inspiring - I'm never good at images,no matter in real life or in the computer.I admire people who have a gift like this.I also like to use such pretty images for my layout,but it's such a pity that you were only displaying it.I had to say that all your covers for the subjects of your illustrations were very pretty that i viewed every one of them.I especially liked the panda illustrations,and the most attractive one was 'Happy Valentine's Day(2009) specially drawn for Mr Chewy'.You used alot of effort to make it,i can see it.This is a superb job.
    Visitor - Finally!This is the longest review that i've written.Though many sites put plugboards in their visitors' section but i don't think that plugboards are something that visitors can actually use unless it's a plugin!If it is plugging your site,i suggest you move it to 'Essence'.Those other goodies are pretty good and nothing's wrong except the plugboard.

    Overall
    Your site is very cute.I love it very much.I do hope you make more pretty layouts,each one prettier than the previous!I enjoyed visiting and reviewing your site,and if you find anywhere that you haven't improved on,then welcome!If there is any offence,i apologize.

    First Impression:
    I think that the image is quite cute in my opinion and I like how the whole page looks, however I think that the image should represent what the site has. It is quite colourful and is nice since is not monotone grey only.

    Site Name:
    I haven't not read why it has that name but it is quite romantic, "Love Warmth" since it is a personal site it quite suits it and I like it.

    Layout:
    Ok here I am going to be picky.
    I like that browsing tags part is quite interesting since is the first time that I have seen that.
    I like the colours of the layout they are quite appealing and having grey as background makes them stand out, however even though I like the main image I think it should be changed since you should be aiming for something that shows what you are showing on your page and something that reflects the lovely name that you have given it, that is my point of view however if you are happy with the way it looks then this was just friendly advice..^^...

    Home - Well the index is obvious that it is a blog, I like the way that it is set up specially the date on the side.
    (I like the haircut btw)
    About me(spirit) - The way it is set out is quite organised and that is saying something about yourself which is good, you give the visitors the option to know more about you and not put it all on the same page you have a "back" button on every link and that is really helpful. The gift section is partly about you and partly to the site so I think that not all of them are in the right place but at the same time they are, I just wanted to note that I wouldn't change the location though.
    Domain(Essence) - I haven't got much to say since in my opinion this section seems alright , everything is organized. You give enough information about the site, the reason behind the name is quite interesting. You have given credit to all of your resources you have used which is good. The miscellaneous part I find good for curious eyes and having a site map is interesting and very useful.
    Gallery(Inspiring) - Your blends are very pretty, I could use them myself =P. Your illustrations are cute specially the panda. Your web designs are kawai! I like them all! Your drawings are cute but the newer ones are much better though I know they are quite simple and robably they dont take so much time but a little more time could help you create cuter images. Your photographs are eye catching I like them, you have been around?
    Visitor - The contest is like SOTM is good to have goodies to entertain the visitors. The premade layout is quite simple but is good nonetheless. I like the downloads specially the brushes. The wallpapers are great, I would say that my favourite ones would be Freedom and Bim Bim. Your avatars are full of cuteness though you should start trying adding some text to them, so you have a variety. I find the tutorials really helpful since there are many beginners around the web and if they find your page they would definilety use it and metion it in their credits.

    Overall:
    In conclusion I really like your page and I would spend time looking around, it is very organised and the navigation is simple and straight forward it is a reliable page in terms of tutorials and entertaining in the visitor section. However I still stand that the main layout should change a little but still remain the cuteness given that it shows that your site is personal and you relate to that.

    Actually all my layouts have a meaning behind them, just that I didn't put up any explanations for them. :P You were saying I should have a layout that reflects what my page is showing, uhm, my website is a personal site and I think the layout is personal enough. Then again, I'm still not too sure what you mean. Haha.

    On a side note, I'm not a fan of avatars with too much text in them so I don't have text for all of them.
