Hi,I'm Dorine and I am reviewing your site today.

My first impression of your site is that - oh so lovely!Your layout totally matches your site name and your colors in the layout totally blends well. / Half Mark

Your site name is quite nice, simple and sweet. It is also easy to remember.Pretty nice. / Half Mark

Let's check your coding and validation. One error, one warning. And your CSS has 2 errors.Sorry if this is too rude but at your footer you stated Valid XHTML / Valid CSS.People may actually think you are lying, but I believe you because sometimes you forgot to validate it but at first it is valid./ Half Mark

Your layout is very nice and like i said on top, your colors in the layout totally blends well. But I'm using Windows XP,Google Chrome, and the footer looks squeezed.Could you check it out?Your header stands out in the whole layout and that was the first thing i noticed. / Full Mark

You have tons of content. In your profile,I can see you put a picture of you and a long description. There are some words that you should change :
but please call me Becca - but i prefer Becca
If either Twitter or even just Paint Shop Pro is on the screen, I cannot concentrate - I cannot concentrate if Twitter or even just Paint Shop Pro is on the screen
last time it took a long long time! - it took a long time last time!

Other than that, everything is perfect.Good job in describing yourself! As for the navigation 'Website',I prefer it if you place it month by month for your history.I really hate reading such a long story unless it is a book. And,I also realized you kept using the font(whatever is it called) that you used for your footer, sidebar, and tons of places that i have not visited.Your link buttons are very nice and the give a very warm feeling to me.Good that you credit people for things! But I don't know what is a CMS,i think you should put a hover over that word that states the meaning. For your visitor section,I think that your graphic skills are pretty good but there are very less items.Do work hard on making more!Lastly, your reviews. You give very detailed information to your review-ees.I like how you explain everything one by one!Great job. - 3 Marks

I really loved your site and i enjoyed reviewing it.After counting your total marks i realized i rated it 5/5.Great JOB!First 5/5 i rated :P

I am running Windows XP, fully updated Service Pack 3 (as of 10/10/09) IE 7.

My first impression is that of someone who knows how to make a Web site. I do not care at this point what you use to design it. All I know is that before I even scroll down, I like what I see. One More Line is a fantastic name for a Web Log on top of that.

    Layout
There are no harsh colors, no clutter, no superfluous widgets, nor music. The top banner and navigational bar are made well and are not flashy or annoying in appearance. One thing I will mention is that the rollover buttons took a full second to load when I went to click on one.

The text is all in one column, and the links are on the side – all familiar styles. The "Friends" category on the side is hard to see with which links it corresponds, and there are extra, empty boxes under that. Otherwise, I see nothing of blatant concern.

It is perhaps slightly difficult to quickly (without very much clicking) and easily grasp how large the site or where it ends once you do see how big it is. Each page you list has several more pages under it. This is somewhat overwhelming, and it makes one wonder if those have subpages too! It made me want to stop and return to the homepage to get my bearings. I feel to see all the site has to offer by clicking on either a sitemap or clicking merely once on each page linked on the homepage. If one has as many links to various pieces of information on one's site as you do, the most comfortable thing for me is to go to one dedicated page and find a list of every, single one.

    Content
A noteworthy part of the content on a Web Log is the comments. You are very successful here. While you have farmed most other content out to other domains or services (I am hazarding a guess that bandwidth is your motive for doing that), a Web Log that has nothing else is usually not short on content – this reason being that there is a plethora of writings, which you do have. Yet I would not be opposed to your combining them. Yes, I know that it is hard to go back to one after branching out to so many, though I see no apparent reason to avoid combining them. Avoid underestimating the perusal experience of an all-in-one haven for your Web life.

    Purpose
I am so glad you state this yourself. An online journal is not an escape from reality though. Nevertheless, day to day writings posted online are Web Logs by definition. You definitely fulfill your stated purpose. It is not an uncommon one, but it is definitely a worthy one.

    Text
The text throughout the whole site needs a bit of improvement in most areas. After all, when you have as much activity as your site does, it can easily become more than just a hobby, right? Make it easier on everyone and try to correct it from now on. I would suggest an online grammar or punctuation course, or perhaps take English all over again. Your spelling is just fine, but you have extra commas, missing ones, "lemme" is not a word, semicolons are not plain colons, and periods are replaced with commas sometimes. If I am too harsh here, it is because this is my pet peeve. And I do understand that this takes more time and a maticulous mind. Most readers do not notice this, and I will grant you that it definitely has a personal touch.

    Originality
Web Logs have no unique qualities of themselves; it is what is written in them. To be unique on a Web Log, you either have to be rich, famous, have a unusual or honest point of view, or stick to only one set of topics. I can not readily see any of these, and you may not want to be any of those things. That is fine. My own Web Log is typically about schoolwork, or things I am doing. Sometimes I will post about ideas or opinions too.

    Activity
I am highly impressed with the amount of comments and acquaintances of yours who also have Web sites. It is a wonderful thing to have a Web Log take off. Community can make such a huge difference in the quality and feel of a Web Log. It is usually a main measure of success (and sometimes of quality as well) for a Web Log.

    Conclusion
There are many things to read, and it does not feel uncomfortable to do so thanks to the strong community. The site feels large because it is. It is sometimes difficult to make a large site feel more quickly and completely surfed.

    Suggested Changes
    1) The rollover links at the top take a full second to load. I suggest optimizing this in whatever way you can to allow faster loading of the yellow doodles.
    2) The "Friends" category text is too close to the list of your other sites. Add some space here.
    3) The list of your other sites has no text to categorize it. I had to visit one and read a bit before I knew what they were.
    4) Consolidate all subpages into as few pages as possible.
    5) If you do not want to consolidate, try constructing a readily available sitemap.
    6) The copyright text at the bottom of the template is only halfway on the white background. I suggest either no background or make the white large enough to surround the notice. You may also want to add the "©" symbol. Press and hold the Alt key and then enter the code 0169 on your numpad (these are not the ones above the letters).
    7) Sometimes I cannot click on the next page to look at the next post. It breaks out of the bottom, and I can no longer click it.
    8) Please use better punctuation from now on!
