The site is very clean and easy to navigate through. Though the layout is nice it lacks excitement or another form of substance. Your site name is very easy to remember.
Pages
Todo - The todo list is organized very well. I like it a lot, it allows the visitor to know what is coming soon and why they should come back soon! The synopsis of it was a bit peculiar though.
Info - Fairly standard, I dislike the links at the bottom they're a little messy compared to the rest of the layout which is probably why they stand out so much.
Affs -Like others said, I think you should include them in the main layout, considering there isn't much else :)
Archives - Nice job, standard and organized.
Header Image
The header image is weird, I don't really understand what it is, but that adds to the mystic of the layout, which is nice.
Layout Size
The layout is very small and compact, I like it yet...feel it's dull. For actual size of the layout I noticed your stylesheet is very small and compact, good job :)
Overall
Your site is very simple yet has a small flare of elegance. I say continue what your doing and you'll be fine, but I would recommend making things a little more complex.Using Safari on Mac | Report This?

Your site is very simple and quite easy to navigate. But I think you should put your links on the side somewhere so people know where to go.
Layout (CSS, colours, etc): 8.5/10
You need a bit more colour in your layout, its a bit too simple for me xD Maybe a dash of green? I don't think the link hover background is enough.
Onto CSS, your text is a bit too small...I recommend at least 9pt. Other than that, your layout is pretty good :)
Content: 18/20
To do list- I think I need one as well :P But it's well organised and explained.
Info - Organised and I think its very comprehensive
Archives - I like how it's set out :)
Affiliates - I think you should put them onto your homepage considering they are your affiliates :P
Other: 7/10
I can imagine your site with heaps more resources (brushes, textures and stock) for visitors and tutorials! I would also advise you have an about me page :P But other than that, neat site, I like the simplicity of it.

Layout
Your layout is very simple, which isn't bad, but I think it's a bit too simple. I'm not sure about the header image, what exactly is it supposed to be? I suggest you add your site name on that banner, too. The colors you chose are very nice, though, I like your header css. The problem is I feel this layout is overall too simple, so I would add a faded pattern in the background. Also, the smilies are very bright compared to the gray layout, so I would change them. The css on the comments for your blog is great, but I don't like the link hover where the background turns bright yellow. I like that you've displayed the layout nice and neat, but I think it could use some more to it.To-Do List
The 'a' in the first sentence should be capitalized. I like this page and how you explained why you even bother making a to-do list, very cool.Info
The sentence 'Scream the lorax did' should have a comma after the word 'scream', or possibly a colon. The sentences 'writing is not one of my greatest gifts, but I’d like to think I try.. so I need to stay optimistic about these things' should have the 'w' in 'writing' capitalized and only one period after 'try'. (Making the 's' in 'so' capital) I find it unneccessary to have your affiliates on this page when they are already on the 'affs' page. I liked how you added your credits on this page, considering you don't have a long list!Archives
I like that the posts are in a bulleted list, very neat. However, under 'Alternatively', the input bar is very hard to find, so make it a darker color. I find the archives unneccessary because you only have one post in each month. I might remove this page.Affs
I would suggest putting their links on your homepage, considering your homepage doesn't have much.Overall
I'm not going to grade too harshly since you are still figuring out what your site is going be based on. Personally, I can see this site being a resource site offering icons, wallpapers, smilies, textures, and brushes. I don't really like sites with tutorials that aren't professional, but you certainly could write some articles that are about your opinion on stuff. The header images is weird, which is why I like it! I see basically everyone asked so what it is was I first drew this weird man with a beard, decided it was missing something so I added him into triangles. :)
