I personally don't like the design much, it doesn't show off your graphics skills. I assume your coding is all valid, as you have the w3 buttons at the bottom of the page so I wont bother checking it.
On your list of tutorials in each category, with the picture and the couple of sentences works well as it gives you an idea of what you're aiming to do and what it could turn out like in the end. And wow, when you hover over a box it turns green, awesome!
Your tutorials are really well written - one thing I would say though is to put more Paint Shop Pro tutorials, as they are some of the things a visitor is looking for and at the moment there is only one.
Your buttons are very nice, good quantity of them. Awesome amount of brushes, I may be downloading them ;) Your colour palettes are nice! Omigosh, I love the emoticons n_n I love the star pack one, they're so cute. Glitter fills - wow I actually have no idea what these are, I've never seen them before LOL Nice gradients(: ICON TEXTURES *SCREAM* Wow, I barely see any any more. These have definitely been downloaded by me ;D! I wont go through any more, but overall your resources are of really good quality. I've seen no spelling or grammatical mistakes, good job!
Your graphics are also very good, awesome.Your old layouts look amazing! Altogether your site is rather good, and I give it 4 1/2 stars, best of luck with it in the future ;D!

It's colorful and cute but not too bright. Although I think a few other colors such as a pink or purple might have done some good, it's a little too green for my taste. I'm sure the coding of the layout took some time although the design itself doesn't seem to show the effort. It's cute, but more for a pixel site instead of one with as much content as you offer. I think your site would be better with a layout that looks like it was given a little more effort. I'm not saying it has to be extravagant and take 50+ hours to code, but something simple that looks like it took longer. Next I wanna talk about the content. You offer a lot of good content for people to use. I myself have read through your tutorials and found a few of them (such as the introduction to HTML) quite useful since I am always trying to expand my HTML knowledge. I think that the content could be a little more organized but that's just me, I love categories and sub-categories for content. Now there's the layout of the site and how you organized it. I myself do not like layouts with just one column but it seems to work for you since you don not have as much content in the sidebar. I love how you have your rotation buttons in plain view. Some sites I have visited have them hidden at the very bottom or within a scrollbar and don't really give visitors the chance to look at them and visit others website, which takes away from the purpose of a rotation, right? :] Lastly there's your blog. I absolutely love how you have one entry per page and you don't over crowd the layout. I think it's okay to show more than one... only if you have a long sidebar. But since you have a short simple sidebar the blog looks great with it :] it's very well organized. Overall I give your site 4 1/2 stars :] It is a wonderful site altogether.
