Before I start, I would first lke to clear some things up:
I will be using internet Explorer while reviewing your site, with a size 1280 x 800 resolution! :)
So how about we get started?Okay first of all I would like to start with the layout,
Its a bit to...holiday-y don't you agree? Try to change it up here and there, or if you are going to just
leave it at one type of layout, then don't base it on a holiday themed one.
Also the colors don't really blend to me. The lime green adn dark red with grey and white... just don't go. I would have personally gone with the red color for the background then you could have
had the white flakes too.
Other than that, you should really spice up your headers, or links. They all just look bolded and plain to me.
But other than that, it isn't bad. :)Also your website is really inactive. ):
You recently posted on Feb. 20th, but the time before that was Jan. 4th! Don't forget about the site! Try to atleast post once a week if not more~Your graphics are nice! I don't see what you would exactly do with exploding planets though, nor with the scribbles.
Also your website layouts aren't bad, I just feel like the first one could use some more
spice to it. The text is HUGE at the top where the header is supposed to be.Your brushes are really nice! You should continue making more~
Other than that, overall your site isn't that bad, but it could use some more improvement.
You just need a bit more content here and there, and A LOT more activity! Don't leave your vistors wondering where you went! (:Good luck with your site and I hoped this helped a bit!

Your top graphic doesn't look bad, but the quality of it is a little iffy and pixelated. When you saved it, were you trying to make it a small size?
I'm loving the color scheme. Very interesting... I don't see it often.

Wow! Your content is very well organized. Nicely done!
You've got a lot of content pages with only one or two items on them. perhaps you should consider adding more to each section, or perhaps add more tutorials, before you try to add more subpages.

Layout
The background is cute, it's simple and not too distracting. The only recommendation I would make with it is to fade the snowflakes a bit so the white isn't too bright. I don't really like the banner as it doesn't really match with your background. You should probably make the color scheme red and green or just gray and white, I wouldn't try to mix them. Also the black border around the banner is too dark, try a shade of gray or even green instead. Your headers are a bit boring, try applying some CSS to make them more eye-catching. (Perhaps a bottom border and a different color font?) I would prefer if your links weren't bold, I find this unnecessary. On my computer, the white that you have as a background for your main content doesn't stretch all the way to the bottom, so it looks kind of weird. A matching border around this section would compliment the banner nicely. You should definitely change the text color to match, black is too strong. In conclusion, I think you need a solid color scheme and some more CSS.Site
About the Owner - This page is straight forward. You have too many colons (:) after the title "Name". After the title "Why I Picked The Fake Name 'Sugar'" remove the word "because".
Affiliation - This page is good and well written, nice job.
Contact - This page is alright, I would recommend putting your e-mail address just in case the form doesn't work on someone's computer. (If you're afraid of spam, do something like "myemail@NOSPAMgmail.com")
Credits - I would reword the phrase "For Other Reasons" to "For Site Help" or something like that. I would condense the phrase "For Tutorials That Helped Me Make Graphics and Such" to just "For Tutorials".
Link Back - You could probably arrange your buttons better, like organizing them by size or putting them side by side.
Past Layouts - Instead of writing "Top = newest, bottom = oldest" I would probably say "Displayed from newest to oldest". I like that you have a live preview, very cool! I would recommend writing some commentary about each layout, say what you liked about it, its significance, where you got the idea, etc.Graphics
Backgrounds - I like how you have the preview behind the textarea. These are kind of plain, so try making some more exotic backgrounds.
Blinkies - These are very cute! I think you should add some more, though. The page doesn't stand well with only a few.
Cursors - I'm not a fan of cursors that aren't the standard ones. I think you could go without this page, as I don't see many people wanting to use custom cursors.
Enter Signs - These are great but again, try to use a border that matches the color. For instance on the first one, change the black to a blue color on the banner.
Exploding Planets - These are interesting, but I'm not sure what viewers would use them for. I would remove this page.
Glitters - You only have two, so try to add more. The baseball one is cool but what is the second one? A bottle cap? Not sure about that one.
Scribbles - The scribble on this page is awesome! It would be great if you started a collection of these!
Song Glitters - I would rename this "lyrics" glitters. Personally I'm not crazy about these, and I think you made them a bit too big. Try smaller text and use a variety of colors instead.
Wallpapers - These are really nice! Try to make multiple ones of different sizes so people with larger resolutions can use them. I adore the first one on this page. It's nice that you included an explanation for people who don't know how to use them.
Website Layouts - These are adorable! Make the screenshots that same size though. A few more would make this page better.Tutorials
I just browsed through these and they are very nice. I like the "Notebook Paper" one. I would recommend adding tutorials for other programs, it would really make this section better. Otherwise, nice job!Resources
Brushes - These are nice, but I'd prefer if you were consistent with the brush previews. That is, make them all gray scale or make them all have color. I'm glad you used zip files for the download.
Buttons - These are great, but I think it's unnecessary to have 88x30, I don't know many sites that use that size.
Color Palettes - I'm not a fan of color palettes, but these are okay. A nice addition to the site.
Link Hovers - These are fine but again, I myself am not crazy about these. Link hovers are distracting in a way unless they are solid colors, not glitters.
Textures - These are alright. I think you should try making icon-sized textures too.Interactive
Polls - These are fun, try adding a better variety of questions though! Try asking really random stuff and see what people say. XD
Ratings&Reviews - Nice page. Try to get some more reviews! Also, you can link to your account on Rev.iew.Me. :)
Survey - This is kind of like the polls, but more lengthy. Not sure if you need this on your site.
Contests - Straightforward page. You should probably be a little more detailed about each contest.Overall
You have a good site. The layout needs work, but you definitely have some good content to offer. Work on your strong points such as the wallpapers and tutorials and fix up little things like the overall layout and unnecessary stuff. Nice job!Using Firefox on Windows | Report This?

Now first of all I'm not a big fan of your header. It seems a bit plain and ordinary, and it doesn't match well with your background. I have browsed through your sight, and have seen that you are very creative so why not add that to your layout? The colors though are a nice touch for the season. As for you background though you could have tried a little harder. Since you like tutorials why not find one to make stars, and maybe have the background match the color scheme? These are just my thoughts though.
So As I was going through your navigation I noticed that you had several links you had to pass through to get to some pages, and then there wasn't a back button. My site does the samething but you only have one page of links to go throught. So I suggest you keep the links to a minimum, and add a back button to help keep your visitors.
Now your graphics are okay, but for some of them i would suggest you put more effort into them like the wallpapers. A lot of people aren't looking for things that look like they are made in paint or that have not flow to them. That's because they can make the graphics themselves. Now I'm not saying yours are at either extreme but that is something to consider.

A Merry Xmas layout *yay*. Nice, got the red and green kinda theme going on there. Your coding has 16 errors and 5 warnings though! ;[ I wont explain every single one though, but check that out and try get them fixed, that'd be awesome.

The Domain Lyts, the last 2 are good but the 1st one kinda doesn't go to the same bar as the others. The image is a jpeg, which never works. It's just way to simple compared, like it's just one big image and a header. It doesn't work - I'm sorry.
Aha, tutorials are good. Try adding some more - like site tips or something? :} I like the brushes, as they're just an .abr file, so many are zipped folders it annoys me as I've got annoying WinZar un zip thingymibobby. I wont really say any more, other than the content is good. But try add some more!!
