I love your poetry. Your "social classes of the WWW" is one of those common-teenybopper kind of articles. Its great that you do requests- its hard to find a site like that. I might request something sometime. I love your wacky questions !You have a fair amount of good content.
Ask Me-
The question people's font blends in with the white background and strains my eyes.
I also like you paypall bribe. Good idea ! Overall pretty good.

on 3rd Jan 2010 and said:I'm going to start off this review by being as formal as possible -- hello Alliesian! I just woke up, and I'm kinda drowsy, so this outta be a fun review. But hey, at least your pestering worked. Bah, I don't mind writing this review, though. I instant message you all the time and ask you to do shit for me. XD Okay, so here I go!
I love the name of your site. It's very punchy. :)
LAYOUT:
As for your layout, I think it's very well done. It's very organized, making it pretty easy to navigate from place to place. The color scheme is very fun and original, but I think the dark brown is way too bold to contrast the really blandish shade of turquoise. Perhaps you could tone the brown down a bit? As for the individual affiliate boxes, they seem a little big. Why aren't you using the same font for them? This might make then not as bulky. Similarly, the spacing on the sidebar in general seems a little squished. Perhaps increase the cellspacing a little? I'd also upload smileys that fit the scheme. It's hard to see the expressions on their faces because the yellow-on-brown contrast washes them out. These are just some nitpicky things that I would edit. The layout still looks beautiful though. :) I'm just giving you stuff to work with, since a review is to better the site and all. Oh, and your header image is kickass.I've been reading your blogs for a while now, so I can say that they're very well written. You keep them relatively interesting, and I never see any typos. Hooray!
Now it's time to play with your content. Muahahaha! Oooooh, I like that you have a key that tells viewers what content is new/updated. This is a clever, beneficial idea!
Now a section-by-section breakdown...
VISITOR:
The spacing of your icons and avatars, again seems cluttered. Not necessarily with each other, but they feel very close to the labels/bars above them. To see what I mean, look at how different your sidebar is by comparison. It's not that big of a deal, though. The icons look great, by the way. I remember your crazy iconator phase. It was not healthy! Okay, moving on... Your coded layouts are of very high value. They look stunning. This goes for your templates as well. Your wallpapers are also pretty, and you definitely make a big impact with such simplicity! Next, your bullet page has that same spacing thing. I'll quit pointing it out now. XD I like the spacing, for example, on your photography page. Why do you have two different content templates? Work on making all of your subpages look similar! Is that a picture of a bowl of chips and some wine???? No comment.... Next we have the competitions. They are very well organized. Hopefully you are giving your winners prizes now *cough i won that funny questions contest cough* Anyway, your "Services" pages seem to add ANOTHER look to your collection. lol why does everything have to be formatted differently? The services are really nice, though... and the rules are appreciatively in depth... Your tutorials don't explain things very deeply, but than goodness you have those pictures. yay. As for the articles, nice work. They don't really seem lie articles, though. Just random wiki inserts. Try putting more personality in them? For example, the gay marriage one (of course I read that one) has only one sentence at the end about your stance!! Articles should have more of a slant!!HOSTING:
I feel like I've already seen this page... oh wait... I have. Haha I don't blame you. I have my hosting page linked all over the place. XD Well, it's very informative and organized. Nice job.ASK ME:
I asked you a question. Teehee. Anyway, you need to update this page, gurl! It still has the old goldish bars, and plus, after I submitted my question, your old header image was displayed!! Tsk tsk.... get on that pronto!SITE:
Damn. This section has a lot more content than I expected. You make me want to revamp mine now. haha I like how much there is to know about your site. Nice touch there! Your affiliates page is also well organized. It's probably the best page on the site, since it has my name. (I'm soooo kidding). Hmmm... I feel like I've given you awards before. Rejected?!? Oh, and your contact page is very nice and detailed!! I feel like I have full access to your life now. -stalker time- As for your credits page, I like how you listed in the "other" section what you used each item for. It'd be nice if you could do that with the "brushes/textures" section too. Like specifically with what graphics. It might keep readers better informed.OWNER:
What the hell. I think I know more about your site than I do about you. (okay, not really because we talk... but understand what I mean!!!) I mean, the stuff you have is nice (I still love that masticate line) but why not add some quizzes or surveys to paint a little more of a fun, wholesome picture? I dunno how you feel about pictures, but if you could, even a crappy blurred-out face photo would be appreciated. heh.Hmmm... random question... how much in donations have you actually received?? lol
Okay, so I guess I'm finally reaching the end of this long winded review. Thank god, because my hands are starting to cramp.
CONCLUSION:
Your website is very professional and offers quite a bit of content for viewers. It's very well organized on a technical standpoint, but visually, you could do a little work to make all of your subpages look similar and match. The only downfall to all of your professionalism is that a little bit of personality is getting lost in the mix: your "owner" section is a little brief, your articles doesn't have a strong personal voice, and heck, even your blogs tend to include lots of updates. I'd love to see more of you in your site. Make it your home! If your website gave off the same, personal vibe that you give off in those aim chatrooms, the world would be such a better place. Bwahaha!Oh my god. This review is over one thousand words. Holy fuck I'm done.

on 3rd Jan 2010 and said:Everything seems fine when I first enter the site. But the colour palette is rather confusing, especially on the sidebar. It takes me a few moments to differentiate between the normal text, links and some fancy coloured text.
Generally no gripes with the layout. Good use of repetition for the hover states in the navigation bar. A suggestion: order the links on your navigation bar like how a visitor would browse the site, since most read from left to right. For example, the "owner" link should not be last, nor after the "ask me" page. Logically, visitors would read about you first, before they have any questions regarding aspects of you/your site that you did not cover.
Oh. I noticed that on the "ask me" and index page, indents (blockquotes?) are highlighted with a mustard top border. However, on the visitor's page, why is the indented content bordered on both sides, and with different colours?
A recurring issue I have with your site, is the multitude of colours you dish out. I don't know about others, but it gives me a slight headache.

I don't think there's such an adjective like "sitely". Most Times, I Avoid Capitalizing Every Single Letter, As It Absolutely Burns My Eyes When I Read It. Well, yours isn't as exaggerated, but it's worth a thought.--
Hosting page
Again, it does not make sense for the FAQs to be right at the bottom of the page, after the application form. I don't want to spend an hour typing out my 2 page long application before realizing that I need to learn FTP before I'll be accepted.--

Ah, I feel like I'm giving a pep talk. "(*external links. They will open in a new window.)" People will click the links when they're reading through your introduction. It does not make sense that you tell them "oh you know, the links you just clicked, they will open in a new window". Either you put the notice right at the beginning, or scrape it altogether.(By the way, I'm Asian too!)
I feel like I should give a conclusion, just for the sense of continuity. But that would just be reiterating everything I've already said. So, good luck!
