The website looked good as I go deeper into it as well. I didn't find any broken links and the coding looked wonderful. Nothing looked out of place.
The graphics that were offered on this website were very cute. I could tell that they would have taken a long time to make. A great resource for those people who are members of neopets.
There were great tutorials for people who are just beginning web design. I liked "The Affliate Hierarchy" paragraph explaining the different levels of Affliates. I never knew that before. I always thought that the different words were all names for the same thing.
A lot of the website was wasted on me because I don't really know anything, nor am I interested, in Neopets. However, for someone that is interested, they will find a lot of useful and fun things on this website. I have enjoyed my stay on this site.

It would've been better if you come with a simpler one, especially since you are using a subdomain and your URL becomes too long because of that. The name itself is okay though, it matches the site well.
CODING
Your coding has 40 errors and your CSS has none
I think you are currently validating your site to XHTML. On your stylesheet include tag, you use > which is invalid in XHTML. It should be like this: />, with a slash in front of your ending >
So,
...should be:
Also, you use instead of on your line spacing. Please note that to self-close a tag, you have to use /> instead of >, in XHTML. And on some of your image source codes, the required attribute alt aren't specified.
for example,
should be:
LAYOUT
The layout is pretty simple and not too cluttered, which is good. But also doesn't "stand out" enough, since there have been so many layouts of this kind. The colours are quite nice. And your navigation bar looks good and visible enough.
It would've looked better if the layout was a little wider (about 700-800 pixels). The font choice is fine, but some parts are too small. Like the headings (h1), the font is too small and the colour doesn't look visible enough in light purple background. The posting dates are also too small that it's hardly readable.
CONTENT
I really like how the sub-pages categorized on every pages, it looks really organized.
Site
On the main page, interactive should be interactions.
The staff page is effective, short but also contains enough informations.
The same also goes with the About Neo-Mystery, maybe you could put more information, like about the current layout, past layout, what's behind the name, and more.
And it would be better if the Link Back page contains more link buttons of various sizes. You can try 50x50, 100x50, and 88x15. You can also encourage your visitors to make some for your site by saying that you accept banner donations. :)Graphics
I love how you please the visitors with various graphics.
The blends and other signs are okay, though some of them have kind of too striking colours.
I still don't get what the Blogs section is for. The first one is not readable enough, since the background is dark and the font is coloured dark blue. The dividers are... I also don't get what they're for. I don't actually think people would use tiny bar with "neo mystery" writings on it to fill in their empty pages.
The headers are fine. And the outlines, I think it should be transparent. Not all people have white background, and it would be weird to have white areas around a picture.
Tutorials
Not much to say, they are useful. Add more in the future, and keep up the good work!
Shoutbox
I'm not a fan of shoutbox/tagboard on this kind of website myself. It's not really neccessary and it sometimes invite spams, but if you really have to have it, good luck!
OVERALL COMMENT
Your site is quite useful and inspiring. You have many useful contents and guides people might need, and that's cool. Other than that, you'll have to get rid of the not-so-useful contents within your site and replace them with the more awesome ones.
In the other hand, your graphic and coding skill need to be improved. I'm really sure you will meet alot of progress as the time pass by, as long as you practice much. So, good luck with everything.

on 19th Jan 2010 and said:I like the layout~ I'd like it just a bit more if it was a little wider though. You're text is readable but I'd recommend making the text just a bit bigger and with more line height.
According to the Neopets.com terms, you're suppose to insert "(c) 2000-2010 Neopets, Inc. All Rights Reserved. Used With Permission" on all the pages that have Neopets pictures and text. I suggest you do that somewhere on the bottom of your layout. :)

Everything in the Site section looks fine~
I like your Graphics section~ The only thing is, the blinkies shouldn't have a credit that big... The blinkies are nice but I wouldn't use them because of the credit. :)
Your Tutorials section is all right. I don't like the "HTML Guide" because I've seen the same guide on a lot of sites already. Shouldn't "Making Links" be part of the HTML Guide?
Overall, I think your site is lovely~ The graphics are nice but I think your tutorial section needs a little work.
