I’m going to view it in: internet explore, fire fox, and safari
First impression: I could tell your site is going to be well organized.
Layout: I like the fact it’s not to over the top. It simple but beautiful.
Css: I like the colors you used. The colors well combined throughout your layout. Your navigation is well matched with your banner. Everything I easy to read I did not have a hard time doing that.
Content: Link back I think that you should have 88 x31 button that’s the most comment way people use to link a site. Your icons are good quality. Your color schemes are colorful.
Pages: I thought it was just brilliant how you added your shout box, affies, and the other things in a drop down menu. It’s a great way to keep it organized that way I just love that.
Overall: I liked your site. But I think that you should start doing some thing about those coming soon because people get board of seeing that. I like the fact that you tested you site in different browser and stated at the bottom that in wasn’t fully compatible wit internet explore most people don’t do that.
Why the rating: just because its not fully completed.

on 26th Feb 2010 and said:- I don't exactly know how to describe you layout and design.. but it's unique. I don't necessarily think the colors go that well together, but it works i guess.
- I like the heart bullets on your pages.
- I think the pages would be easier to access if you moved the links from the top of the page, to the section on the left.. I almost didn't see the links and thought you had no pages.
- The folders for your resources are really creative, but you should add more resources when you get time because I would like to see more of your work.Using Firefox on Windows | Report This?

on 20th Feb 2010 and said:Hey there, my name is Chelsey &I will be reviewing your site! (:
First of all, you have a beautiful site name. I know that the domain may not be yours, but I have to say--you picked a brilliant domain name out of the list!
Your overall layout is very simple and the colors look great together. I think you did a brilliant job with the layout--not much to comment there.
As for your navigation, I noticed that you spelled "Resources" wrong. You added an extra "s"--although that's not anything big to worry about. And I have to add, I find it very interesting how you display your navigation half French, half English. I personally take French at school, and I found that very creative, but visitors may get confused. Although I have to give you credit--good job for adding the English translations in the "hover" state over the navigation.
Propos de toi (About you) looks good! You have short but informational details about you which will not bore the visitor, but will allow them to find some background information about you so that they get to know you a little better. Also, very good job with your contact sources. You have many, which is always good in case somebody can't contact you in one way or another, they have many other sources to reach you.
I read a few of your articles, and they are all of good quality. I like how they were all on unique topics, not the boring old "Do's and Dont's of a Website" and etc. I personally enjoyed reading them and learned. Thank you and I think this page provides very valuable information!
I love the hover state in your "Resources". The files are very creative and cute. The only suggestion I have for that is to maybe make the text a little darker? Different screen resolutions/contrasts/ages may affect how the color looks on their computer, so you always should make the link a little more distinguishable.
Your Resources are all very good. Over time, they will add and I'm sure your site has a very good future to it xD You are very talented. (: I especially love how you added two options to your premade layouts--both WP and PHP. You can probably also offer HTML as an option (for newer web-designers), but I personally prefer PHP.
Good job crediting other sites for resources--you seem to have a pretty honest and decent list. However, another thing I suggest adding in the "Website" section of your pages is a Terms and Conditions page. This way, people will understand to follow these terms before using anything on your site. Honestly, not a lot of people read these terms, but they will always be helpful in case you reach a legal situation. I also recommend adding a "Contact" page under "Websites". This is so that new visitors that do not know the WWW so well will know how to contact you, because most new visitors will probably look under "Website" first.
Overall, I think you've done a pretty decent job! There are a few spots here and there you can improve on, but I think that all you need for your site is a little more publicity--and over time, more content. Otherwise, I think you're great to go!
I have rated your site 4.5 stars out of 5. Splendid site. (:Using Firefox on Windows | Report This?

on 14th Feb 2010 and said:It might be that I have a smaller (larger?) resolution than other users but I felt like when I first opened your site all I could see was header and so much white space. Generally, I don't mind white space but it just feels a bit bright. The background from the header is also different from the rest of the site and I couldn't quite work out why.
In regards to navigation I was pulled more to your links in the left hand menu (external links) rather than your sites content. Which is upsetting because you do have a lot of content and obviously a lot of effort has been made on your site.
I love the rollovers on your resources section, but as ocp mentioned the yellow is very bright and drowns out your site as well as your text links. I also feel this way with the standard text links. The strange green/yellow colour doesn't seem to fit with your white background.
I love the content you have started with but I think the layout is lacking. It seems like 3 or 4 different sections (top nav, header, left menu and content) all stuck together with no relationship to each other.

ditalento's Response:
I don't know which resolution you have but I'm guessing 800x600? My layout works with all browsers and screen resolution, but it still wouldn't look so great in small resolution as well as other people's layouts. The header background is wood, the other is light Grey. I think they work together. I wouldn't know why you'd be more attracted to the external links, they're grey, and yellow is more attracting, plus they don't show unless you scroll down.
Thank you, but i do think my layout works well.
Thanks for the review :)

My name is Ashley, and I will be reviewing your site!
Before I start, I would first lke to clear some things up:
I will be using internet Explorer while reviewing your site, with a size 1280 x 800 resolution! :)
So how about we get started?Okay first I would like to start with the layout:
I love the colors you used for your layout. (;
One thing I noticed however is for the navigation, to /me/ it looks like you have half in spanish (or whatever language it is :) ), and the other half in english? It seems like you are using english through the rest of your site, so I don't really understand why you would have those in a different language?
Other than that, I really like it! (:Resources-
Okay, I have a comment on the resources section: I /love/ how you did the little files, and when you hover them, it is like you are looking into it, but the file color is blinding!
Maybe go with a softer/darker yellow? Or even consider doing the actual tan color of the files on computers?
Other than that, it is really unique how you did that. :)Also, your brushes are really good! You should really make more of them. :)
I am always constantly on the hunt for more, brushes, and I am sure others are too.Other than that, I think the last thing I have to add is:
Your premade layouts are good! Just add a bit more spice to them, just like you did with your own website layout! ;)Overall-
Anyways, overall I really liked visiting your site, and I think it is great so far~!
So I will have to give it a 4/5 just because of some of those things I mentioned above.I hope that atleast, somewhat helped, and best of luck with your website!

Hello, thanks for the review.
As for the navigation it's french as lady GaGa uses some french in her song "bad romance". Articles and website are English and french. Even if you translate them, they'll stay the same.
About the files, maybe I'll change the colors; they're blinding. I'm trying to add brushes but they're very hard to make, it takes a while.
Thank you, I'll try and add new premade layout with interesting stuff in them.
Thanks again :)
