    I think the image is fine- I don't see any blurriness. I don't really like the blue box surrounding each of the headers, but this may be because I am viewing it in IE. The advertisements on the sidebar seem to be a little small, which may prevent advertisers from purchasing space. You could maybe widen your sidebar and ad a few 250x125 banners for more revenue.

    I agree with Gin_Style, the footer is too big and makes the page look messy. I would put all of your listing and "top site" banners on a different page rather than the home.

    I see that you are 17. I consider this site a great accomplishment for someone that young. Good work!

    Design
    Repeating image? Come on. I think you can do more. Making blends is okay, but I don't like it, when it's the same image.
    The monoshrome image looks good (altough it's a little bit blurry...), but the front image doesn't look that good.
    The edges are at her hair are really blurry and I think you should've matched the image more to the background.
    A little more brushes in the front would've been nice.
    The footer is too big! Isn't there a smaller banner for the "screenshot exchange"? All the banners should have the same size.
    You could do it like this:

    Moving on, your layouts looks the same in Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer! That's good!

    So let's see how your coding is! I used this validator for html and got this result:

    Oh, 234 errors is not good. I think it takes too much time to explain all of the mistakes, so just read all the improvement suggestions.
    A few errors are okay, but please avoid having too many!
    Moving on to the css:

    Again, there are too many mistakes! I checked it on CSS Level 2, but it doesn't really look better on level 3!
    Luckily, there are often the same mistakes. Scroll down and you will see an validated stylesheet, use that one!

    I think this site is good! But you put the welcomebox in the header. It appears on every site! It'd be nicer if it would be
    only on the 'home' site. Also I spotted a mistake in the welcome box:
    'Best viwed' should be 'best viewed'

    About
    I was really surprised when there was no history! I think that quite a lot of visitors want to know how and when
    your website was created. You should write more! Of course not a Harry Potter like, but 4 lines is just too less.
    Also I think that the 'Link exchanges' and 'Link to this site' shouldn't be a part of this site. Make a seperate
    site which is called 'Linking'. There you can also put the plugboard.

    Tutorials
    I think all the tutorials are good! (Altough I think everyone should know how to install fonts...)
    The 'Drop down menu' isn't really a tutorial, it's more like a code-giveaway.

    Graphics
    I like quite a few of your graphics! But I don't think that 'scrollboxes' belongs to graphics, since graphics are purely
    pictures. Also you only put a background behind the box, that's not really a graphic.

    Downloads
    Cool! I like this site! I think these programes can be really useful and I like the fact that you explained
    what the program is there for.

    Other
    I think it's okay. If you don't have this SOTM site, why don't you just remove this link instead of crossing out?

    Résumé:
    "Lisa Design" is a decent website. Altough there are quite a lot html and css errors, I think that it's doing pretty well.
    Also I really like that search button! Overall I would like to visit this website again (it's always a good sign if a visitor wants to visit again, so good job!).
