Formerly known as Mimi-Goodies.com, I finally got a nice layout up. I am 100% open to your suggestions (and more open to your finding of errors or bugs!!) but please do so in a POLITE MANNER. No need to be rude or cocky. :)

This layout is tentative and I would love to hear your suggestions on how to improve it!

    First Impression/Layout
    I really love this layout :) It's very simplistic but I like it. The design itself is very cute, and the colors are easy on the eyes. I love the use of the navigation to the side as well (with cute little roll over effects!). The footer is nice too, instead of a sidebar you put some of the info you would find on a sidebar here, I like that. I also think it's nice that you link people who use your stuff.

    Basic about me page with basic information, which is good! Not too much where you're bored to tears but just enough to get a general idea who you are and that it's your site :) Your son is adorable btw, I love the photo of the two of you at the end. Very cute. I saw you have your twitter feed on the bottom, didn't really notice it at first glance. Have you thought about maybe placing it in your footer?

    Stuff:
    I've always been a fan of your emoticons so I am glad to see they are back, very cute. Very basic visitor content here, but I can tell by what you have you are very good at pixeling :) Not really a fan of the button bases or neopets pixels, they're cute but something I'd personally come back for. The content for visitors that you do have it cute and a great start for getting your site back up and running.

    Etc:
    Basic stuff here credits, links to places you visit, etc. Under "loves" the links are uneven, you may want to move one from the right column to the left one so there is not a gap on the left side.

    I would like to see a domain page or at least some domain info under etc or somewhere else. I've always enjoyed reading when a site opened etc and where the name came from or even someone's internet history. You could also have stats, archives (which I saw in the footer) and maybe a tags cloud page or something? To keep everything grouped up, makes it easier to view past blogs and what not.

    Final Thoughts/Overall
    Overall I really like what you have :) Your site is cute and easy to navigate and follow. The content you have is basic but again, cute and enjoyable. I remember your website before and always enjoyed your blogs, so I am glad you are back and excited to see what else you add to this new site :D

    Layout
    I love this layout! It's really cute. I the way you styled the header is really unique! I also like the way the blog name and date is styled. Although think the little web icons look out of place below your site name and would look better some where in the footer. Maybe under the search bar?

    I like how the navigation pops out and easy to find/notice. The font size/colour/height/spacing is good and easy to read. I love the way the comments are styled using speech bubbles. Although in the text area box there's the big pixels and I don't know what it's supposed to make/be. It kind of looks like it's going to be forming a heart. The smilies are very cute!

    Oh wow, I just noticed your tweets are displayed. I like it there, it's cute and just like another footer. I shall follow you.... :) Your second footer (the long light brown one) doesn't seem centered the same as the content, y'know kind of like mine? I think you know how to fix this since you told me how to. :P I love how you link people who use your stuff that way you can see what they use and if they credit plus they get a link! Finally the bottom footer seems to be centered properly. I suggest you add a link to the credits page there as well.

    Awwh, I love how you included pictures here! You are stunning and your son is really cute!! I'm glad Mason survived! The quick facts are good but you should also include a link to your contact page. :)

    Stuff
    I really think you should change the name of the link. Stuff, what stuff? Useless stuff, content, or what? Since the page is actually named downloads I think you should change it to that. Your button bases are cute, for the outlines the first and last one look a bit more pixely and choppy. Your emotions were made nicely and you have a variety of selections. Your neopets pixels are really good! You're amazing a pixeling! :P Good thing you added the copyright at the bottom. For your pixels they should be named pixel sets perhaps? Most of them are icon sets. For your bullet set most people use only 1 bullet for their entire site and don't need a full set. You should make a new page and display all the bullets there like http://ego-box.com/pixels. I don't think the codes are needed though.

    Etc.
    This is very general as well. I suggest you name the page links as they all are and your link button is there.

    I've noticed that you don't have a page about your site and it's history and all that. I think you should make a page for that and include your web-design history such as how long you've been designing.

    I've also noticed the sexybookmarks plugin at the bottom of every page. It looks out of place to the left and in my opinion would look better off centered.

    I personally do not look at coding to check if it's valid or not, I see it as the owners choice to make it work for all browsers therefor I will not check your coding.

    All in all I like your site. Your good with graphics especially with pixels and I'm definitely going to visit your site in the future. I think you should add some more content and pixels in the future! I have given you 4 and a half stars! Good job Mimi!
