    I'm not a fan of the font used in the logo, either.

    The site itself is good. I'm not a fan of the one-column layout, but it works well for a personal blog and it's very easy to find your way around the site.

    I like the background, too. Nice and simple and it works fantastically.

    The archive is nicely laid out and easy to use and I'm liking the tag cloud at the bottom of the page. Lots of subjects to browse and a nice way of finding random blog posts on random things.

    Few follow up questions:

    1) Why don't you like the font in the logo?
    2) The image at the top is supposed to be an ocarina. I can kind of see why it looks like crocs, but we all know that crocs don't have a mouthpiece sticking out of the top? What can be done to make it look less like crocs?

    I love the simplicity of your layout. it's very easy on the eyes and looks organized.

    About:
    Interesting introduction. I love how you described what content will be a visitor be seeing on your site. Seems like a good idea. :D I like your concluding sentence. Several run-ons/fragments but I won't judge on that. :)

    Archives: Very organized; nothing wrong here. But why is some of the links in tag cloud big and some small? Nothing wrong there, just seems unusual.

    Links: Organized, simple.

    Subscribe: I love the simplicity.

    Overall: Very neat, just minor run-ons. Nothing big :)

    Hrm... I should go fix those run-ons sometime.

    I have a tag cloud on my archives page, where tags that have more posts associated with them are bigger. As far as I know, it's a pretty common thing.

    Overall design of your website..
    You're header is a nice size; it doesn't take too much of the page up. I love your actual header image - it's very simple yet effective, and it seems to match the style of your website very well.

    Your navigation is in a prime position, it's one of the first things a visitor will see. It's nice and bold, and I love the fact that you haven't tried to 'fancy it up'. I love the simplicity of it.

    Finally, your footer. It's just like your navigation; nice and simple. If it doesn't need to be there, it isn't.

    Your website's content..
    Starting with your posts - I love reading them. They're always interesting, and very well written. It really irritates me when people's grammar just flies out the window when it comes to blogging, but thankfully, you're is perfect.

    Your posts are always of a nice length, not too short, nor too long. I can't really criticise about the length, because my post's are absolutely tiny. I'm always trying to milk them out a bit, but I always fail, haha.

    Very well written; I usually don't read people's about pages, but I made an exception just this once, and I'm glad I did! It's very interesting :)

    I like how it's not too formal, nor is it full of slang.

    Nicely set out. You're search form however, is kind of ugly. The search box itself is OK, but maybe do something with the submit button.

    Search results are displayed nicely, along with your archives. There's just one thing that I'd like to point out - the 'Search Results for ?' is (I assume) in the same header you use for your post's titles. I'd recommend maybe changing that a little, because it takes the attention away from the post's title slightly.

    Links page is again, set out very nicely.

    Again, nothing wrong with this. Nicely done.

    Overall
    As a whole, your website is great. There's really nothing to improve other than a few minor adjustments to your layout. Well done!
