Ok first lesson of the day - <title> tags in your header. All I'm seeing is the URL to your website and it's a major pet peeve of mine. It's not hard to add a title to show in the titlebar of your viewers browser, so why wouldn't you do it?

Don't get me wrong; your domain name is cute. I rather like it. Your wee monster dude is awesome too.

The only thing that bugs me about your layout is that the background is so plain. You could change the colour of the blog/sidebar area so that it breaks it up more from the actual page background. Just now it just looks like you're loosing too much valuable space in background-ness (yes, that's a word :-p)

I totally do not get your 'me' page. I'm guessing that it's something to do with Gossip Girl but the first few paragraphs just had me sitting at my laptop thinking 'Uhhh?'

I like your little lists though, but why do the numbers run 7-7-10? It would be better if all your lists were '10 things you...', just to keep the balance right.

I'm not really into graphic resources, so I'm going to be lazy and skip over them. Sorry, but to me it's just the same-old-same-old that I've seen in LiveJournal communities for the past 6 years. Sorry. I like the interaction via your compitition though, cool idea!

Your tutorials, I skipped straight to the 'Other' section.

<**a href="WRITE URL HERE"> <**img src="IMAGE URL HERE" border="0"> is not right in the slightest. Sorry, but if you're going to offer tutorials then at least make them correct. What you're looking for is

<a href="http://domain.com"><img src="http://domain.com/image.jpg" alt="Alternative Text to image" class="image-noborder" /></a>

That will only work if you add this to your CSS file

.image-noboder{
border:0;
}

I'm sorry I don't have anything much else to say about your site, but I started writing this review and then realised half way through that I wasn't writing anything very nice but I had to finish it.

FIRST IMPRESSION
The ugly doll is so cute :D and your layout is so simple, but not plain.

LAYOUT
>> The layout is nice; simple and not too plain!
>> I like the font that you used in your header :]
>> I think you should get rid of the calendar--the calendar isn't really necessary.
>> Your main navigation is really boring :[ you shouldn't use simple links for your navigation.
>> And...your font is too small. Make it bigger :]

ME
>> I don't really like how you write your "About Me" page, I never watched Gossip Girl :[
>> Apart from that, nothing wrong in this page.

RESOURCES
>> In the main navigation, you call it Resources, but in the header, you call it Goodies. You should choose one; Resources or Goodies.

Icons;
>> Uh-oh, you use celebrity images--you redistributed them! Get rid of those celebrity images now!
>> In the description, you said: Here you can find lot of icons for your MSN, livejournal...from celeb ones to quotes, nature... but where is the "Nature" icons? I can't find it anywhere.
>> Apart from using celebrity images, your icons are nice. They're very well made, and not over edited like some people did.

Brushes;
>> Your brushes are nice too. Very well made.
>> Don't you know if using song lyrics and magazine scans in your artworks are illegal?

Picture Captions;
>> You should add more styles in your picture captions :]

Fonts;
>> Again--you redistributing someone else's work. Those fonts aren't yours, so you shouldn't redistribute them in your site. Get rid of them :]

Glitters;
>> This glitters are just pointless things.

Icon Textures;
>> They're very well made :]

Smilies;
>> Very well made :] No comment.

Quotes;
>> Nice :D

Scribbles;
>> Pointless.

Reads;
>> These articles are really helpful! Especially the "How to Get Money".

COMPETITION
>> Nice section. Keep your visitors entertained :D

TUTORIALS
>> Great tutorials, but I think you should remove the CuteNews tutorials. CuteNews is really not secure :[

SITE

About the name;
>> I think the meaning of cinnamon & comet are pointless. everyone knows cinnamon and comet, right? But the section "Why Cinnamoncommet" is great.

Affies & Link Exchanges;
>> It'll be better if you separate Affiliates and Link Exchanges in two pages.
>> Affies isn't a word--you should spell it Affiliates.

FAQ;
>> I just found this thing odd:
Q.-I applied for a review and I'm not in the qeue yet
A.-You have to wait I check my email and then I will add you. And if I didn't maybe it's because you didn't read the rules.
Do you have a review section? Where? I can't see it.

Info & Buttons;
>> Nothing wrong in here.

Credits;
>> Nothing wrong in here.

CONCLUSION
Your site is pretty good, but you still need to fix some things in your site. You have talent--and oh--get rid of those celebrity images that you used!

First Impression

Cute! Everything is neatly laid out and colour coordination is good. I love the handwriting font you've for some of the headings. Cutout image of ugly can be improved on. The icons are cute and even got them to fit nicely without having uneven paragraph spacing.

Pages

Had a look at through different pages, everything seems to be working fine. Except you will want to fix the coding in the subpages because the content div isn't aligned and 'padded' properly unlike the blog posts page.

Things are very easy to find and there's quite a lot of useful resources and tutorials. The competition are running is pretty relevant to your website as well which is good. My only concern is the legal issues, whether you can distribute them etc.

The About Me page >> I didn't quite understand the introduction but maybe that's your style. It's original but you might want readers to be able to know what they are reading.

Conclusion

I think the site has a easy to navigate structure and the design is cute. You may want to think of ways to improve your menu ... make it more interesting. Perhaps you can try turning all headings into images so you can have a consistent theme. Paying attention to small details goes a long way. Lastly, I think there can be more creative things done to the footer.

Okay, so, firstly, a title for your page would be nice, because http://www.cinnamoncomet.org/ looks a little... unfinished.

This design is pretty plain. The Ugly Doll is cute. And I really like the script used for the sidebar headings. For some reason I really find the asterisk next to the date to be super cute, as well. It's such a small detail, but it's just very endearing, lol.

I think that your font may be just a bit too small. Your navigation needs more attention. It is easily over-looked right now. Make it BIGGER!

The rest of the layout looks okay, except for the Information paragraph which looks a bit sloppy.

Your "Me," page was funny. I've only read the first Gossip Girl, but I understood the joke. :D It's an original way to feature your information-- one I haven't seen before!

On to your Resources, first up is icons. You have many icons featuring celebrity images here, which is not really a good thing, especially because you are redistributing them.

Your brushes are pretty cute. I'm not a MySpace user (at least not since 2006-ish, haha), so I'm not sure about the MySpace captions. You SHOULD NOT be redistributing fonts, even if you HAVE written that you did not create them. I'm sure linking them to the original source would be so much better. I dislike glitters, I think they're tacking and unnecessary. Textures and smilies are cool. :) Quotes are... meh. Scribbles are pretty cute. Your links page has some helpful links on it, which is nice.

Competitions are cool. And people actually participate in yours!

Now, looking through Tutorials, your Photoshop ones look pretty well-done. I especially enjoyed your teddy bear one! It's one I haven't seen before, and is actually one that involves ORIGINAL work! Nice!

Your tutorials all seem okay. Not all of them are as original as the teddy bear one, but I suppose that's bound to happen.

Your Site section is typical of all site sections. :)

Overall, you have LOADS of potential. Please ditch all the celebrity images, and focus on the REAL talent that YOU have. :D

You said to view it in Safari, so that is exactly what I will do :)

First thing I notice: Ugly dolls! YAAAAAAYYYY!!!

LAYOUT & STRUCTURE:
Very nice, cute. I love the colors, but perhaps a bit more personalization could do. Your sidebar has all the necessary things, and no retarded unneccesary junk like a lot of people have. Good job :) I also notice you're using Wordpress, which is good, I must say. But it seems you have all of your pages in the root folder. How on earth do you stay organized?

"ME":
Your "me" section is thorough and explanatory, I especially love the Gossip Girl-styled introduction.

"RESOURCES":
Very nicely organized, I like the icons and smileys especially. I like how there is an image and description for each category, that is helpful.

"TUTORIALS":
I also like the categorization and organization of the tutorials. I might even use some tips from a few :)

"SITE":
No handy-dandy images here? Oh well. It's organized and informative. Although I think we all know what cinnamon and comets are, the definitions did make it special.

OVERALL:
I do like your site, I'll probably visit again in the near future. Once again, the only thing I could really suggest is either using Wordpress as your CMS (it organizes the pages for you, you just need the page template and a few template tags), or organizing your site's pages into folders (ie: Me, Resources, Tutorials, etc.). Other than that, keep up the good work!

I'm bad at intros and outros so I'm just going to write the middle stuff! :) (I skip over things I have nothing of interest to say about)

Design
I like the color combination you're employing. I think they work well together. I don't understand the footer though. Is it supposed to be like a watermark? I also don't understand why it leads to social vibe.

Content
Me - I don't personally like how you've written about yourself. I've never seen this done before, so I give you props for originality, but I had to read it twice before I realized what was going on. I wish you would have written about your name, general age range, and general where you live. I like knowing that about whose site I'm on.

Resources - The icons are well made, but a lot of the images don't belong to you so you are violating copyright laws which is bad.

Brushes - The brushes are well made but I wonder the same if all these are 100% yours.

Fonts - Do you have permission to redistribute these?

Textures and smilies are nice. You should make some more smilies, they're nice.

Quotes - these seem really similar to the glitters from earlier. Maybe think about combing these.

Site Reads - Small section. Do you really need a seperate page for these? There's such few links (only two) I think they could just directly go onto the resource page. The links page seems out of place on the site reads as well.

Competition
Nothing much to say about this. The images aren't yours or others to manipulate.

Tutorials
I'm going to skip over this since I'm neither great at graphics or coding.

Site
Links - You should get an actual form to use instead of having them email you.
Thanks - I personally think you should link the person's name or website title instead of "http://". It will also help their PR, unless they want to get hits from "http".

Overall
I like your layout colors and it seems to be simple enough to navigate. I wish the navigation links were more noticeable, but it's not a big issue. Some content I think can be merged together for simplicity. :) :)
