About Me: Hi, I'm Asia. I've been maintaining a personal website since 2001, but since college, I have not had nearly as much time to dedicate to the hobby. I first got into web and graphic design through the art community. Originally I only wanted a website as a means to share my drawings on my own terms, but over time, particularly once I discovered blogs, my new interests quickly began to rival old hobbies.

I realize that this list can become very exhaustive, especially considering my tendency to write a lot, so I'm just going to say this - I like surprises, don't you? Surprise me well, and I'll be happy to surprise you with five stars. Deal?

If you like in-depth critiques, I'd love to have you request me. I aim to give five star quality reviews. If you find my review helpful, please be sure to comment on it. If you're not going to review me back (once my site is up anyway), it's the least you can do.

Dislikes:

Trust me, I'll let you know, and I promise to be neither a lump of sugar nor coal about it. I believe in frank honesty. My browser of choice is Firefox, but if the need or desire arises, I'll view your site in Internet Explorer.

For now, I will only review personal sites and portfolios. I will not review user/visitor oriented sites, for example graphics sites, forums, top sites, fan listings, and things of that nature. I've said before that I like surprises, and I sincerely doubt that those types of sites could ever offer that, especially since they tend to involve the unlawful use of images and other content.

Additionally, I would prefer to review sites with layouts created by the individual responsible for the site, and not attained from elsewhere. I don't feel it would be appropriate to judge work that isn't your own.

Of course, there are exceptions to every rule, and your site might be one of them. If you're uncertain of whether your site should fit into these categories, please be sure to make this clear when you make your request.
