Flare in writing. An interesting writing style combined with an interesting choice of blog topics will make me a frequent visitor.

Sites with good content - nice layouts are great but it's the content that'll make me want to return.

Dislikes:

Iframes. I wish they'd never been invented so that people wouldn't come into contact with them and would use divs from the start (myself included in that.)
