Ooooh wait, you mean from a reviewer's point of view?
Have a gorgeous layout, I'll drool over it for several hours. Have amazing content and I'll keep coming back till the end of eternity. Have both and ... oh come on! No one is THAT good.
Bonus points for humor. ;-)

Dislikes:

My main pet peeves are: intentional atrocious spelling, blinding neon colors, glitters and poems. If the first four are used for sarcastic reasons, I might forgive you; emphasis on the might.

During the 3 years I've been actively reviewing, I often found myself eating my words in regards to dislikes. Some people are just very good at pulling off the weirdest stuff, in an amazingly unique way.
