Cross-browser compatibility. Even though I don't check a website on all the 5 browsers I have, I switch my browser every now and then. So I like it when it works on no matter which browser I pick for the day!

Dislikes:

Glitter on websites, bad English coming from those with English as their first language.

Having endless HTML/CSS errors is bad, but overemphasis on the absolute perfection to the point of penalising for CSS *warnings* is no less lame. Suggested reading: CSS Validator Colour Warnings are not Errors (http://tinyurl.com/5dy3ve). And really, all other things about a design are so much more important.
